I went through the drive-thru and they have this “call service” AI (artificial intelligence) greet and attempt to take your order which is annoying. I ordered the fish sandwich because it’s seasonal item and it had no flavor. So if you’re looking for a good fish sandwich because “tis the season”, Wendy’s and McDonald’s are the better choices.

Never will I come here... I got a chicken sandwich it was raw and the breading was mushy tried cooking in the air fryer and it just made it worse I called and whoever answer the phone was little kid hung up on me and then I called again they would answer and just keep hanging up very unprofessional

WARNING!!!!! I just left from Drive-thru Sunday 1/28/24 after picking up a combo for my lady! Got home and she said the soda tasted off, I figured maybe CO2 calibration . She took one bite of her sandwich and spit it out immediately stating it tasted off. I bagged up the food and shake to return. I spoke with the manager Abraham who said he understood and would refund me cash not back on my card. As he and I were talking the young man and lady at the drive thru are laughing and she is peeking at me from around the corner! This only further confirms my suspicion that our food was tampered with. Do not go here because the mess with your food!! Thank you for the refund but that wasn’t the point!! You have lost my trust!!!

The AI thing taking orders is super weird and off putting. The wait was crazy for only a few customers in line, especially for "fast" food of such poor quality. This is the first and last time I visit this location, and probably the last time I go to any Carl's Jr.
