In 20 years of going to Chick-fil-A all over the country they have never got an order wrong, until yesterday. I ordered on the app and after I went through the drive-thru I noticed my chicken tenders were missing so I walked back in. I stood to the side and the manager who seemed very busy still noticed me immediately. She asked if I had been helped and when I explained the situation she talked to the kitchen staff to see if they had the tenders. They only had two of the three chicken tenders that I needed and the others were in a frozen state. I was in a hurry to get out of there and home to my husband, and so she offered me fresh fries to replace the ones that had been cooling off while we chatted, and she also put in some chicken nuggets to make up for the one that was missing. I so appreciated the kindness that she showed and the fact that I was not left standing there waiting for any amount of time. Nicely done Chick-fil-A ? You are still the best!

As always, great service!! Fully staffed. Food was great and as ordered. They stayed on top of keeping the tables clean.They have an indoor play facility for the small children, which is very nice.

Love their chicken menu. Chicken tastes really fresh and the sauces compliment the items on the menu. Personal favorite are the chicken nuggets and the spicy chicken burger.Quick and fast service.
Drove through and after I got home realized my order was wrong. I called and spoke with a manager who assured me he would credit my app but after 24 hours has not. At one point he implied that I took home more food than I paid for. But this order could not have been more opposite of what we wanted. Even the condiments I would never have asked for. Barely salvageable as a partial meal let along what we wanted. Learned to never drive away without checking the bag or just go to the Westminster location.

This location is 5 stars all around. Timely and efficient, fresh and quality, friendly and welcoming. They’re also willing to go above and beyond. Ask for something a little extra (maybe sauce or more pickles) and they will shower you with extra ?Keep up the good work!
Slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Every time we go back we think it can't possibly still be that slow... it always is... we have spent over 45 minutes in the drive thru.
