This location was AMAZING before the remodel but ever since, the food has been incredibly overcooked and terrible quality. The fries are always cooked too long so they’re hard & almost burnt. Same with the chicken tenders. Not sure what’s going on but hope they can correct it!

Employees were incredibly welcoming and always good to see a store support an employee they were giving 100% of sales of cookies to an employee going through health issues.

Please bring back the curbside pickup option! The food and staff are always top notch at this location, but waiting in the drive through for a mobile order stinks!! I'm fine waiting for "my turn in the queue" at curbside but the drive through is not ideal.

As usual with most Restaurants the food size is shrinking but prices are increasing. This time the chicken breast on the delux was cold and over cooked as if it were pre-cooked earlier in the day and then slapped together when ordered. Are you going the way of McDonalds, chick fill a?This was the first time in a few years I've eaten here, I was reminded why I don't eat out anymore. Chick fill a is as bad as McDonalds in my opinion. Terrible and worse cold. Yuck. I won't be back.

Fast service and the food has always been hot and as expected. We prefer this location over the one on the other side of town.
The Thornton location recently lost a young team member that lost his life. The owner and management graciously and generously stepped forward and supported our family during our tragic loss and difficult time. They traveled out to us to feed our entire, large family several times and even closed their store for half a day so that their team members could attend the funeral. Their love, empathy, and support was immeasurable. Such beautiful human beings. ❤️
