I would like to give 5 stars to the staff and 0 stars to the management company in charge of staffing this restaurant. There were three people working this restaurant - busting it to keep it in line and I’m sure going far above their pay to hold multiple positions (host, busser, server, bartender). I watched people get up and leave. This area of town is suffering, we originally went from a restaurant in the same parking lot that was completely understaffed - we sat down, noticed the amount of dirty dishes and trays and lack of servers and got up and left. Went over to chili’s to see the same situation. Either raise your prices to support your staff or go out of business. I would rather eat at home than pay for that but props to the staff for going above and beyond to keep it running.

The last several times we've been to this location have been fantastic! We have great, fast, friendly service. The food is always cooked perfectly and delicious. Great prices so we're able to bring the family to dinner without breaking the bank. It's definitely a go to for us when we're looking for a casual dinner out.

Don't come here if it's 15 or 20 minutes early. They are not going to attend to you. They say that the kitchen is closed. They don't want to work. I give them -1 star. I never come to this place

Service and atmosphere are good. I walked in after 10pm (2/3), the bartender handled everything smoothly, same time he cleaned his area. very cozy.

This is the only Chilis we’ll come to. We drive 15 miles to this location when there’s one closer but we love it here. Manager is the sweetest and the service is great! Food is always fresh!

Our drinks, salad, appetizers, and main course came to our table at the same time. By the time we finished our salads, all our other food was cold and inedible. Servers do not care. Manager wanted to take off minimal from our bill for food that was ice cold. Save your time and $, go somewhere else or to another location!!!!

My family and I we went there for the first time. The service was excellent. The food was delicious and the chicken was very moist and seasoned good.Our server, Shannon, and even the kitchen manager came out to check on us. They’re both amazing. Thank you for a delicious dinner and a great experience.

Had steaks and loaded mashed potatoes. The potatoes were icy cold. We ordered baked potato soup without bacon, it came to table with bacon. Sent it back, same soup with bacon scooped out. Still bacon in soup. Spent over $100 on dinner and it was mediocre at best. Will not be
