I've been to this location 3 times. Every time I've been, it's dirty. The tables always have food on them. There's plenty of employees standing around talking. There's no reason they should look like that. This last time, my food was cold, and the portions were very small. 14.50 for 3 tacos that were cold as ice and small is insane.

Came to eat with a friend, no one in line. Her and I waited about 2 plus minutes for someone behind the counter to even acknowledge us. There were about 7 people behind the counter just chatting and goofing around, and then we were ignored as a line began to fill at the checkout, and for two people to switch at the register, not talk to us but instead to their coworkers and we’re not very friendly. Seems like customer service needs improvement.

Thought I would come in for dinner. I try to avoid this location they are rude and gather in back talking about customes. They act like it's the end of the world if I want to get both beans. Please talk about the people that keep you employed quieter.

Horrible management and even worse employees.The customer service is the worst I've seen, no common sense or morals. If you don't want to work, quit. No company or their customers deserves such poor quality workers.

Had the WORST experience on 3/19 @ around 8:30pm. I had brought my little sister and cousin to get some food here and we were treated HORRIBLY. The girl working the front part of the line with the glasses was decent, she had asked how she could help us. My little cousin speaks little to NO english at all so we are working to translate and figure out what she wanted to order. She had asked for rice but the girl had put brown rice when she wanted white, so i KINDLY apologized and said “im sorry she wanted white rice instead of the brown” very nicely and as she was going to throw away the brown rice another old HISPANIC lady working the line had said “oh my gosh” under her breath but loud enough so i could hear her. This really upset me because as an HISPANIC employee if you hear others speaking spanish and having to translate why not us your abilities and help out? So I decided to tell her something and I had told her instead of saying oh my gosh if she sees we are translating between english and spanish she can help us out. She then tried to justify her actions by saying “you should have asked for help” Why should we have to ask for help when you can clearly see and hear us translating. I work retail and as soon as we recognize a customer speaks spanish we QUICKLY and RESPECTFULLY accommodate to their needs and pair them with an employee who speaks spanish and can efficiently communicate. Then as we left because i was very upset i decided to not even order anything from there. As I was leaving I heard a male employee say “have a good night” and then the cashier Jailene thought it was funny and wanted to laugh about the whole situation. Will NEVER return here or recommend this place. Get some new employees who have respect and human decency.

Very poorly run. Never a manager available to talk to in person or on the phone. Very rude associates but I do understand they have no support. I felt attacked just trying to pick up a to go order but the employees did not care and blamed me instead of apologizing when they were clearly in the wrong being aggressive towards me. Unsafe and unfriendly environment.

I've ordered catering from this location before, and everything was fine. However, today I ordered 29 meals. 11 of those meals were bowls. When I brought the food back to our office, every single bowl was made wrong. All of the labels were right, but nothing in the bowls matched. I called and the best they could offer was 11 free drinks. So incredibly unhappy with the work that they did and customer service. I will not be ordering from this location again since they're obviously incompetent and stupid.

Just placed an order for pickup at this location. Not only was it not ready in time, the only reason it wasnt and made me wait till 6:30, 10 minutes past it was supposed to be done, was because they didnt have blackberry izze. And when i assume the manager with the septum told me to go in the back to get it, one of the female employees said "they didn't have that", "can you contact them(grubhub)" and so i did which took more time when normally most places would have offered me a dif drink, so went back to get my bag of food guess i went too far (how tf would i know) and both employees rudely went "you cant be back here" and honestly their lucky i didnt give them a piece of my mind, like i WANTED to be back there when my order should have been rdy or they could have contacted me about the drink. Never going back here.

I’ve come here twice with my boyfriend and both times we’ve had the worst service with the same worker(short older Hispanic woman)she gives the worst attitude when my boyfriend asks for his bowl to be done the way he likes it (he asks for the lettuce first) she repeatedly says no and starts complaining about how that’s not the order of serving us.(she said if that was the case the lettuce would be here , then points at the salsas. Among other things as well) the first time this happened we weren’t as upset because maybe she was having a bad day but the second time the store was almost empty and she was still very rude. This is completely unacceptable and very unnecessary and disrespectful to say the least.

we went in at around 9:30 pm and online it says they close at 11 and we wanted white rice with our bowls, the container was full but then they said they couldn’t serve it anymore and covered it up :(

Worst service by the rude and disrespectful manager. I forgot her name but I sent a letter to corporate office with no response after 2 weeks. I will only return to Chipotle for a free buritto on my birthday. Other than that, they really do not care about their customers.

Food is always good at Chipotle. The service depends on how busy they are, but mostly okay. Y complaint is the unreasonable price increases here in the last year or so. As a result, I just don't eat here as much as I used to. There are cheaper options in the area that are very good.
