This location is usually consistently okay...Not tonight, apparently.I get it. Cost is going up. Inflation is real.But, seriously... Use. Portion. I use to always go here regardless of how long the line is and how many people are in there. Sadly last time I went, which is today, I received a very poorly portioned burrito... literally a quarter of the size I usually get. It felt like a McDonald's breakfast burrito that's how bad it was and now I'm wishing McDonald's had breakfast all day again so I would've gotten 4 for the same price which is more then enough. I would've had leftovers for my dogs and my ferret but now I'll have to steal some of my dogs treats and cook my ferret to get a full meal tonight....

I always squeeze lemon juice on my Chipotle. Put Chipotle stopped carrying lemons and only carries limes now. When I asked for some lemon juice or some limes I was told it's only used for making something that is other than my burrito and they were not able to give me any limes or lemon juice. Outside of that things are cool oh yeah the lemonaid sucks too

Literally showing guy that looks like he is drunk my pickup order screen with the address and he’s asking if I’m at the right one? Pickup order not ready or prepared after saying that it was. Worst part about it is the team was looking like they were confused until someone finally offered to remake it. I ask for the specific drink I ordered and was given a cup. Service was just disrespectful and ugly.I have fun at my job too and it is like my second home but we still take absolute care of our customers.

The food was about as expected for fast- fid Mexican. Unfortunately, they put cilantro in everything. If you're one of those, like me, who don't like cilantro you might want to reconsider Chipotle.

SUPER fast service, But $21 for a bowl and a reg drink?
It was cleaner and faster than most chipoles. However, that meant my burrito was carelessly rolled and was falling apart. The issue wasn't that it was too big as they gave me the smallest portion of chicken I have ever had. I asked if I could have more as it was hardly any, but I was told that was extra. I wont be here again for a $10 falling apart burrito with very little meat.

The food flavor here is great! I worked for chipotle for three years at a heavily competitive store and I can tell the prep work here is done with actual flavor. The fajitas I had today were great too, not soggy like most places. (The Grill & front stations communicated great together too) You could smell the fresh cooking chicken on the grill. The vinaigrette was on point as well. I do believe the cup station area needed addressing but it was lunch rush hour too. I did feel some workers seemed on autopilot but didn’t neglect us as all. Just helpful to get us our food and be on our way efficiently. Love that!
