Edit: No one called me the day they opened again either. If they actually made my custom cake (with my son's name on it) then I would have expected them to be wanting to get it to me since they can't sell it to someone else. So, I suspect they never even made it in the first place.I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday that happened to fall on Easter Sunday but was unable to pick it up because the location was closed. I got there and there was someone parked in the parking lot but the store was locked. I peaked inside and the lights were on, so I thought maybe someone was inside but no one came to the drive thru and no one answered when I called. (Although, 2 of the times I called it picked up for 10 seconds then disconnected, instead of going to voicemail like it did before). I totally understand that they weren't open due to a holiday but I ordered the cake several days ahead as was required since it was a custom order. No one called me to say that they couldn't fulfill the order since they'd be closed, which is what should have happened.

I ordered a royal New York cheesecake blizzard and added a brownie. Well there was no brownie but they sure did charge me the extra .59 ¢It’s not a lot but that’s not the point. Last time I came for a blizzard it was so melted they should have just gave me a straw to drink it.

Was just there and I will never go back. Not only was the staff so high they had to wear sun glasses to hide it but I asked for the butterscotch cone double dipped and it was not double dipped sbd I still was charged for double dip. But. The butterscotch tasted gross and dirty . It didn't even taste like butterscotch. In fact it almost tasted like a dirt covered orange peel. . I am very upset and saddened by my experience and will not be returning.

The new mocha shake and New York blizzard were amazing and the pretzel with cheese was also great, if your ordering over Uber the service is great and still come frozen, overall they are not terrible recently.

I'm glad I ignored all the recent reviews and stopped here on a Monday afternoon in December. The place was empty, sadly vacant with some chairs stacked on tables. It was just me and the two young men working. I ordered a hot fudge sundae. It was served fast and tasted delicious, just as it should be. I don't know how DQ can stay in business selling only one sundae an hour, but I would definitely come back.
