WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!Order food online to be ready 30min after I ordered it.....got to the restaurant to pick up my order and was told it was gonna be a bit longer...( I said totally fine) Then 30 mins later were still told it was gonna be a bit longer. ....so all I ordered was 2 pulled pork sandwiches and 2 drinks..... literally nothing else.....why does it take 30mins past the time it said it was gonna be done??And the guy who helped was no help at all.... actually got upset at me that I was upset!!!!I will NEVER SUGGEST TO ANYONE TO GO THERE...That was not the first time the same person was rude to me....

First and last time there. The two workers must of had some heated exchanges before we arrived. I just kept on hearing one guy tell the other not to test him right now bro. We waited for a good 4-5 minutes before anyone took my order. The employee taking my order frustration and anger started showing towards me that I was getting ready to walk out. Brisket and pulled pork was cold and the dining area was dark when we sat down. I didn’t feel comfortable talking to the workers after getting my food to see if they can turn to the lights. The people behind also felt uncomfortable that they left.

Terrible service, food and missing items 0 stars across the board, what happened to this place?I ordered curbside delivery nearly $150 worth of food. The ladies ignored and forgot about my order left it sitting out and it was missing half of what I purchased.After waiting for my food an over excessive amount of time and it's not coming out, I went in told the girl my name my order was sitting there.I said has it been there long? She said "yeah but that's okay." I am thinking to myself I am the only customer there so clearly your not busy, I gave a good tip you left me waiting outside. Well when I got my food home it was Cold, missing half the items I ordered and it can't be bbq without the bbq sauce that alone costed $18.I was hung up on after I tried to explain about the missing items and the quality of the food being cold. The lady said we're doing the best we can click hungup on. Wow really!I decided it's best just to take this food back it was cold anyway and I cannot serve that to my family who'd been waiting. My husband went in with me to get our money back. Lady said if you only knew what it is like to work here, complained about her job, ignored my questions about wanting our money back and kept us in that store with a excessively rude attitude and demeanor.Our money was never returned they got all their food back. There has not even been follow-up and they wonder why we are mad and want our money back. If you want edible and even subpar service don't go there! I will warn everyone don't trust Dickeys!DEAR Management TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON: CUSTOMER SERVICE, ENSURING CUSTOMERS ARE SERVED IN A TIMELY MANNER, CHECK CUSTOMERS ORDER AND ENSURE ORDERS ARE CORRECT, PLEASE KEEP HOT FOOD HOT, COLD FOOD COLD, HIRE STAFF WHO CARE ABOUT REPRESENTING YOUR BUSINESS. This place is terrible, I suppose I should have read through the comments before ordering. Half my order was missing, the meat was dry and the bread was mushy. That was my last time eating there. Wasted all that money there for nothing!

The restaurant is always dimly lit, not very welcoming.
I've always loved Dickey's because the brisket is good but my favorite is the bbq sauce. Although I understand why they had to change how they do things, you can't self serve the sauces anymore. Being that I put bbq on everything, one small little cup wasn't quite enough to get the taste. And the last time I went, the brisket was very dry and the fries were super soggy.
