I did not enjoy my experience here. the lady at the counter was snoozing with her mouth open. The pizza was stale and dry. Not even ten minutes after driving home, the pizza got stale and cold. The sausage pizza had a few small pieces of sausage. And the dips? It's not worth the money.

I ordered from this place every Sunday. They always verify my building in my unit number. I’ve never had a problem until now. They never verified or ask my building number this time and the guy last delivery promised that he put it into my account and I would have no problems in the future. They sent a delivery driver out that doesn’t even have a phone. So they can’t get a hold of me and they can’t receive my messages. They go back to the store while I’m on the phone with the store and the store manager says he doesn’t have a phone. We don’t have his number you’ll have to wait for them to get back to the store. The guy got back to the store as we were hanging up and so they sent him right back out with the pizzas. They brought us our old pizzas that are dry and burnt and are an edible. Then I called to speak to the manager. He refuses to give me his name while calling me a liar that this is their fault it happened to me, and I’ve never gave my apartment number to the store in the section that literally asks what building and unit number. I order every Sunday for two months. I absolutely have always put my apartment number down. Also if they didn’t know then why didn’t they call and ask before they even left the store like has happened to me before. They usually call and verify it before they even make the food. But instead they sent out a delivery driver with no phone to go to aparrently nowhere and that is my fault. I’m absolutely furious! The whole house won’t eat and is upset and I got called a liar because they have a delivery driver that doesn’t have a phone!!!! Rudest manager I’ve ever had to deal with!!! Now everyone is fighting, no one will eat anything, and I am supposedly a liar. Zero customer service or apologies from the manager. I am truly disgusted with the manager’s behavior and attitude.

For whatever reason, upon pick-up time, we found out that our fairly large teenage boy's birthday party order was canceled/voided in Domino's system... Talk about stressful! I believe the store manager stepped-up, put in our order immediately (yes, in the midst of several other orders...sorry for anyone else's order delay), and got us our order within 20-minutes. Great customer service! Pizzas were also very good for our hungry partying guests. Thank you to our local Domino's store and your wonderful staff ? ❤️ ?

First bad experience with delivery. I get the weather is horrible out but we waited 2.5 hours for our delivery with no update or apologies. I called and all I was told was sorry it's ready but we are waiting on a driver. Have a nice night. My kid and husband was hangry by the time it got here. I love ordering and have never had anything wrong. Last time it took forever because of a "spill" and tonight 2.5 hours with nothing. I pay $40+ everytime I order. Very upsetting as a customer to experience such service.

Ordered a pizza two hours ago still haven't received it. When I called to speak to the manager he would not give me his name. Tell me they were short staff whom ever took our order should have said something to us. Very poor customer

Pizza showed up wrong. After asking for a manager he told me the only item that would be refunded is what was delivered wrong (the pizza). Everything was cold. Ordered the chicken, bacon and ranch pizza with Parmesan bread sticks (part of a deal) and cheesy mozzarella dip (also part of the deal). Pizza was cold with no bacon or onion along with the bread sticks (also cold). After talking to the manager I was told that I would only be refunded for the items that were wrong and that my pizza would take over an hour to remake even after telling him I would pick it up in person. I insisted on a full refund and was told (in a foul manner) that it would take 3-5 business days. I told the manager to refund my money and that I would never order from here again. His name was zed, Lem or led. Not sure if this is his real name or not but certainly a foul human. Think twice before ordering from this hellacious location!!

This Dominos needs a new manager I been going to this dominos for the past 10 years! And it’s never been this slow. The last few months been taking over 45 minutes to get a pizza during the weekdays, and over 2 hours to get anything during The Weeknd.. sucks having to find another pizza place after dominos has been my go to for the past years but not anymore

Well it seems the night Manager for this site does not care to retain customers or keep his word or Domino's policy by thier commercials. When they mess up on your order they they will fix it no problem. Well that is not true. I use to like this store they use to be nice fix your order. I was promised a Free Pizza well I called it in and yeah said it be here I figured 45 min to 50 the normal., yet no pizza still from 1 hour 15 min i ordered and it isxstill not here if I would did my normal way on line I would gotten it latest 45 min -50. Understandable they are busy. When I call back the manager call me 1st of all by my 1st name in rude tone plus sounded like he forgotten my order told me another 30 -35 minutes. See because it a free to fix my order does not matter push to when they decide. Hate to see if you win one on line will it take 2 hours also. So sad how they treat customers and use to like this store and Domino's. Sucks I only called for free pizza because I lost my job last Friday then figured take Domino's on thier make up. Nope they just added to the misery. Well if they say they will make up for thier mistakes it all a lie. Maybe Corporate needs to know and take thier adds down false advertising.Sad sad

I ordered pizza through the app at 5:30pm I walk in at 6:15 thinking my app was glitching. They said that it’s not being prepared that’s it’s gonna be an additional 45mins I don’t mind waiting if I was told ahead of time the app said carry out gonna take 10-20 mins. Unprofessional the cashier wouldn’t justify and admit they were wrong or offer anything for the inconvenience.

Everytime I come here they burn the bread. How hard is it to not burn the INSTRUCTED bread. There are timers , there is an oven that does it for you. But every single time I come to THIS dominos my bread is burnt ?
