I've ordered from here 3 times in 6 months. They are always late, my order is always wrong and they never offer a solution. The first time I ordered, they even tipped themselves extra on my card. It was an online pickup order. The second time, my entire order was wrong as opposed to just part of it. And most recently, my order was wrong, missing items and nearly 30 minutes late. It's not worth the trouble.

This location is discriminatory. My mom and step dad were waiting to order food at their table, and they kept getting skipped. The servers kept attending surrounding tables and guests that came after them. They waited for over an hour and finally got someone's attention. They ended up getting their food to go. This is really my worst nightmare, my parents should be able to go out and eat and get treated with decency. This is so disgusting to treat someone how your servers treated my family. This is 2024, why would you treat someone of a different ethnicity differently? I really hope this doesn't happen again because that's not fair to your patrons. Do BETTER.

Usually very good. This last time it was mostly fine, but the hamburger bun was very dry and somewhat dry and cold.
Our waitress was awesome, super friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered two orders of pick 2 items. The portions were small, and the beef brisket was not very good. The jalapenos sausage was out of this world. The restaurant looked dirty, not sure if that was the look they were going for, but all the wood frames looked dusty, and walls had food stains. It was a weekend, but the place was not packed like most locations. The cornbread muffins were also outstanding.
My organization had a large catering order for 300 people with very short notice. I was nervous that it was going to be a problem. Then I spoke to Katie L. She not only was reassuring about getting everything done on time, but provided amazing customer service. It is because of her and of course the amazing food, that we will only order through them for our BBQ needs.

When we walked in and I saw the Broncos stadium chairs and had great memories come to mind. Then I saw the check-in list was written on scratch paper. That threw me off, and I debated leaving. However, once we got sat, we ordered drinks, apps, and started debating what to have for dinner. We decided on a kids burger for my youngest, my 18yo chose a burger, and the rest of us, me, my mom, and middle 2 kids, all had the American feast. What a meal. We started off with deep-fried pickels and cheese curds. Amazing, light, crispy, great accompanying sauce for them as well. Then when they brought out the feast on a trashcan lid as well as the 2 side meals, I was impressed. You get a surprisingly large amount of food for the $76.50 the feast costs. It was so large that 2 grown men, 2 women, couldn't eat it all, and we went home with a lot of food. I highly recommend this place! If they are slow getting you sat, have some patience and enjoy finding the cool aspects of the decor.
Great BBQ restaurant! Lots of menu options and the sauces are really good! The ribs and chopped pork are good go to's. Tried their grilled cheese with pork recently, would recommend!

Honestly the most disgusting food I’ve ever had from a restaurant. The meat has strange textures and is lathered in BBQ sauce, has no other seasoning and is not barbecued. There is no real chefs, just people following instructions on how to unthaw meat. I went with a larger party and everyone has some type of stomach flu after. The service was real slow and server attempted to add 20% tip to everyone’s bill despite there being no signs that state larger parties will automatically be charged a tip, let alone the MAX tip. The server did not mention this addition to our bills in attempts to gather more cash tips. Go to a restaurant where your money is actually worth it.

We went to Famous Dave's for Valentine's Day and while our waitress was very pleasant and helpful it took longer than expected to get our appetizers and then our meals. Once it arrived, however it was delicious!

Food was supposed to be ready at scheduled pick up 400pm. Waited 1.0 for order. The Wilbur means were missing from the order. I guess just because they are running behind you should not except that the order is complete. Stop and check your order always.
