Rude Service. My business just moved into Thornton area. I recommended Firehouse subs for lunch. They forgot my salad and called the restaurant. The Mgr Aisha told me all she could offer is a refund or to go back to make the salad. NEVER APOLOGIZED. When I went back to pick up my salad, I asked to speak to her. I explained to her how poor her customer service skills were, she said “whatever I’ll make your salad”, and walked away. When she finished my salad muffled something and THREW my salad on the counter. I had to walk up and ask if that was my salad. As a new business in Thornton, I will NOT use Firehouse Subs for business lunches. Train your managers on how to provide quality customer service.

I had a large Hook and Ladder sub. It was delicious! But, then the food is ALWAYS delicious! The service is excellent too. It's difficult to find a comparable sandwich for the same price anywhere else, so I'll probably continue to frequent this establishment when I have a hankering for a sub sandwich!

I'm actually super impressed with my visits here. Everyone was so friendly even when the lunch rush had 20+ people in the store and Uber eats drivers coming in and out. Kianna took my order and helped me decide on the Italian which was phenomenal. I just ordered a massive catering order and they were able to accommodate me even with the short notice to change some sandwiches. 12/10 would recommend. Favorite sandwich shop of all time :)

This place is cozy and the staff are amazing, in my experience. This time I had a brisket on white with a pickle on side. Outdoor seating is icing on the cake. The brisket juicy and the BBQ sauce is a great compliment. This location has made the favorite list. Thanks for the great experience. Put a bell at the door though.Parking: The lot has alot of vehicles in it. I have never had a problem parking, but groups might be crowded, maybe carpool

one star experience, we waited for over 25 minutes, and we had to go up and ask where our order was and they “forgot to make it.” it was extremely unprofessional, and not to mention when we finally got our order it was wrong.

The parking lot sucks. Couldn't find parking at all. The food took forever to complete then my order wasn't complete. Forgot two of my sandwiches. I ordered a side of garlic bread which was pictured to show it was completely covered in garlic butter. Mine just had a thin smear down the center. Wasn't good so won't pay extra for that next time. Also I asked for my meatball to have garlic butter added and it didn't get done. The wait time here is always very bad. I don't know why they are so slow. Even picking uo pre ordered food is still long wait times. Please train the employees correctly so we can be on our way within 6 to 8 mins after ordering.Parking: Very difficult to find parking unless your handicapped with placard.

I ordered from Uber Eats and it was extremely late. I know that's not their fault. However, I had a very basic combo and they didn't have the pickle and they gave me the wrong chips. Not to mention the drink I received was warm. Never ordering from them again. Too much ranch on the sandwich as well.
