It's fast food, what else is there to say? I love there subs, and dollar for dollar they are better than Subway. Problem is, both of them are way over priced. For what you pay for fast food subs, you could have spent the same money and gone to Red Robin.

Registers went down before I could place order. Young man was so polite why we waited for it to reboot. Christina the manager was making sure everything was okay with registers and me. Even though it took awhile, I received exceptional customer service. Thank you for being so caring.

This store needs immediate incremental oversight. No soap in the men’s restroom, no towels in the women’s restroom. How are employees washing their hands? No chopped pickles, no mushrooms, and my sandwich had literally two pieces of meat, for $10. Also corporate still hasn’t come back with the wide selection of hot sauces that made this place cool. Lame experience, wont be back.

This location places the pickle literally on top of the bread of your sandwich so picklejuice settles into the bread, making it soggy and tasting like a pickle. Seriously! Too lazy to put the pickle in a little bag or what? Please stop that, it's ruining the sandwich. Not the friendliest place either.

OMG do not eat here if your hungry. Ordered a small thinking it was around 6 inches like other sandwich shops and when I got it I thought they messed up and gave me kids meal. They said no that’s our small it was literally 2 1/2 inches three bites and it was $6. Come on man this place is a ripoff. The medium is maybe 5 inches. Won’t be eating there again.
