This place has the worst service. Quality has gone down and they are so inflexible with customers. We were driving 30 minutes just to pick up order, well not any longer. We will spend our money some place else, a business that values us as customers.

We ordered pizza for delivery at 7:00pm we called them at 8:30 and they said that it’s waiting to be delivered. We waited another hour and called at 9 and no one answered and our pizza was still not delivered!!! 10:00pm came around and no pizza still and they were closed so we couldn’t get a hold of them once again!!! I want a refund!!

Well i dunno about you but im 0 and 2.1. Few weeks ago delivery took 2.5 hours.2. Today i decided to pick up since delivery time is so slow. At time of order today i was told ready in 25 minutes. I arrived in 40 minutes and was told order was just coming out of the oven and to give it 2 or 3 minutes. After 15 minutes i was told just a few more minutes. After 5 more minutes i had to leave i had a 4 oclock appt and now its 3:52. ... While waiting 2 other people came in to pick up orders and were told to wait 15 minutes for one order and 25 for the other. They were both also upset because there orders were also very late. I wont be ordering from here anymore, you dont know if your going to get your order or when you are going to get it. They said they were going to cancel my order so it gets credited back to my card, we will see if that happens if not i will dispute with my bank to get my $44 back. Godfathers missing out on alot of money and business being like this with there customers.

They had quick call in pick up service that was friendly and accurate. I though they forgot our ranch but they put it in the box and we didnt check and they gave us more ranch without question.

Great pizza and wings are good too. Best part is that it's right next door to an equally awesome brewery called Mother Tucker's and Godfathers will deliver it to you. Nothing like great beer and pizza!

This was the worst experience I have had, and seeing that it was my first, it is now my last. We ordered our pizza at 6:29 pm, and after an hour and a half of waiting, I called and was told they couldn't find their driver. I live 3 minutes away. I have children, do you even know what it's like listening to them for an hour for their dinner. I will not be ordering from this establishment again. We never got the pizza, and I better have gotten my refund, or you'll be seeing me face to face.

Wanted to love this place as we love the one in cheyenne! Unfortunately we came in on 1/13 when it was negative temperatures outside and it appeared that they didn’t have their heat on? We could see our own breath in the air ? that’s how cold it was inside. We made a comment about how cold it was inside and they just laughed? They delivered our pizza to our table and didn’t offer plates? It kinda seemed like they rushed to get us out of there. The inside was clean but I wish with it being cold outside it would’ve been warm inside.

The cashier looks like he just woke up he told me the wrong total of my pizzas 2 times & then I took almost 1 & half to get my pizza … while waiting their was bunch or loud annoying music in the kitchen & the workers were messing around & laughing out loud..

Beer is out of order, soda is out of order, they're marque with the menu is out of order, and the men's restroom is out of soap. Thank goodness the pizza is so good to make up for terrible management.
