Decided to stop and ear something quick and easy. Ordered one of their combos (2 cheeseburgers, small fry, and drink) upgraded to a cucumber lemonade, which cost $2.99. Sat down and ate. Upon leaving, I asked for a refill of the lemonade but was denied because it was their special lemonade that contained cucumber syrup. I asked several times for a refill, but they would not give it to me, so I just got some plain lemonade and left. About an hour later, my stomach was very upset. I regretted eating here, and their service sucks. Someone who ordered thru the drive-thru came back inside and asked for more chili on his dog because he felt short-changed.

The young lady at the drive thru was extremely rude. Had an attitude and started talking stuff to my friend. Really out of line. Management should address customer service with their employees. I will never return to this place

I asked for no cheese. Specified 3 times to make sure. They scraped the cheese off the top and it still had some. Now I'm in the hospital because of a mistake that a food worker should obviously know is HUGE. PEOPLE DIE THAT WAY. Update, my daughter is now in critical condition because of your mistake. Legal action will be taken and if the person who is responsible for this doesn't come forward the whole chain has a new problem.
