To be honest, I almost don't like hamburgers. but In-N-Out's burgers are another level. Those burgers are delicious and at a reasonable price. The service is friendly, efficient and fast. I love this restaurant

Today for the third time in a row, I have received cold fries, soggy cold fries! How is that even possible ?! The place is a madhouse every time I go with 20-30 cars in line ! Is it because the 25 cars in front of me did not order Any fries whatsoever ? Is that why my fries are cold and soggy because they just sat there ?! I really do enjoy your fries when they’re hot, but it’s a pretty rare occurrence.

So glad in n out has finally come. I'm from the west coast and when I moved here I missed my favorite burger that I grew up with. So fresh and tastes exactly how I remembered. Always awesome service! Love you guys

When we visited it was super busy as always but the employees did a great job of getting orders out. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I'm amazed they manage to maintain their low prices. 2 of us can eat for around 15 bucks, and that's not something you can say for any other fast food restaurants these days.
Place was super busy, but that did not stop the crew from proving A+ service. We passed by on our way to Utah. There were employees walking around making sure that we were taken care of. These guys work hard.
Had a very late night stop after a long day of flights. Very complex order and EVERYTHING was SPOT ON. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. Line moved fast as well.

We have been to this location a couple of times. Drive-thru is difficult for large pickups to get into. DONT GO INSIDE!! It is absolutely disgusting. They don't have clean tables, and not a soul comes out to clean up anything when they are busy. You have to request it, or it doesn't get done! They feed the drive-thru triple time, but the folks inside do not matter!! We waited 45- 50 minutes for 2 burgers. One was so burnt it was crunchy and made wrong.The last two times we were there, a burger was made wrong. On top of that, they gave out food to people who came in 30 minutes behind us. They seem to have no way to keep track of numbers. Seems like all registers have a separate numbering, so they don't know if this 12 was ordered before that 100 or what. THEY do not have an adequate system in place. NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE.

Screwed up my order twice. Lady Swore it was correct . Was not correct. I just went to the Raising Canes next door. That place is much better
