There’s been multiple times where they get the order wrong. And they are not fast at all, 20 min in the drive through every time.

Literally can not get a single order right. Only Jimmy John’s I have this problem with. I ask for no mayo and pay extra for avocado, can’t even get that right. Never knocks or listen to delivery instructions.

Went in there to order a sandwich first I ask for a #9 and the cashier chick was so busy on her phone and acted so rudely like it put her out of her way to take an order then the other stooge comes out from the back with a drink in his hand fills it up and starts chatting away with the cashier stooge. took 20 min to make a #9. garbage service and staff. never coming back. such a disrespectful attitude from these people too

Yet again ain this Jimmy John's messed up the delivery order. Left the ham and bacon off the turkey tom i ordered. Called in to get the problem solved, only to find out they HAVE A NOTE THAT OUR ODERS ARE FREQUENTLY INCORRECT!!! If you have a note like that, don't you take extra steps to ensure quality of product? Not this store. Now they won't even answer the phone. Not impressed whatsoever.

Stole $50 from me. Called the location and informed them they messed up delivery as it said delivered but never showed to my door and it was nothing more than lies and deceit. They said my order would show within the next 10-15 minutes and again never showed. When I called again I was told they delivered and KNOCKED LOUD which I have a dog that would have barked and live in a one bedroom apt so would definitely hear a knock. When I said the driver was a liar I was told I could never order from them again and when I said I was going to contact corporate they said it doesnt matter if I call because they are not connected anyways. I absolutely WILL be calling corporate anyways to relay this locations message.

I have ordered from this location a few times and each time they always forget something on my order! Most of the time I order it before I get home from work (boyfriend is usually home when I order that's why I do it) so I can't check it tell I get home but by then it's to late to call and complain!
I had an issue the first time I visited this location. Spoke with the manager Brittany and she heard my concerns and apologized asked me back on her. I finally came today and she didn’t know who I was at first but the customer service we received in the beginning set the tone for our whole experience. Food was great Brittany definitely deserves 7 stars she made our food personally you rock Brittany thanks for taking the time and hearing me and inviting back it was worth the trip see you in A few weeks

So went to Jimmy John's one night and they were so rude the kids were young they act like really dumb they we said a meal and then he got mad like I was stealing or something I will never probably go to Jimmy John's again and it was one of my favorite restaurants they're very rude that customer that to their customers I don't like that and my sister and me love Jimmy John's and they accuse me for stealing when I told him a meal and they charged me for a meal and then they my sister and my brother-in-law just got sandwiches and I got the meal saying that I was stealing the chips talking really rude to my brother-in-law didn't like that at all never probably would go to that Jimmy John's again
