Drinks are not provided, and the fries are very salty. They will deliberately give you money and then say it is not theirs. The fried chicken also has other flavors, but it is not delicious.

I'm not sure if it's just this restaurant that makes their wraps this way or if it's universal but I was very disappointed on the size of their mac n cheese wraps, I did 2 for 5$ but I expected a full size.... they gave me just the tip.... now I know how girls feel when their sneaky link lies about their size.... it tasted alright but clearly disappointed on the size and price. But at least the fried chicken I got was decent sized which is a first.

Have lived nearby for 15 years, and this location has been going downhill for the last few years, and really sliding quickly the last several months. Service is actually zero stars, but not an option for that.Just went by to grab 10 tenders and 2 thighs, plus sides about 20 minutes ago. Waited (no one else in the lobby) for almost 2 minutes before staff "saw" me (too busy talking with each other). When he came to the register, I told him I didn't care how it needed to be tallied up for the bill. First cashier asked to get help so he could ring it up right. He went to the kitchen and started cooking something in a fryer. Another gentleman came out from the office and to the register. I repeated my order and he said "We can't do 10. Three, six, eight." At that point I told him to forget it, and walked out. My guess is they can't count to ten.

The KFC restaurant on 120th is a nightmare that should be avoided by anyone who has a shred of dignity and values their stomach lining. The chicken was so old, it could have been a relic from the Jurassic era. It was dry, hard, and foul. The fries were floppy, greasy, and tasted like rubber. The coleslaw was watery and rotten. The manager was the most incompetent and rude person I have ever encountered. He was clueless, sluggish, and disrespectful. I felt poisoned after eating their food and nearly rushed to the hospital. It was a torture and a violation.This KFC restaurant is a shame to the brand, a danger to society and a disgrace to the human race. It should be shut down and burned to the ground as soon as possible. I will never go near there or any other KFC again and I urge everyone to steer clear of them as the brand has degenerated into nothing short of a health hazard. It is a catastrophe and a scam. Do yourself a favor and go to any other place for your fried chicken cravings. You will be grateful you did.

Food isn't bad if you actually get it in time. I was the only customer in the drive thru so I thought. Pulled me up for 2 meals. Didn't realize they pulled other customers to the front of the building. Every single time I've come to this location, it's easily 45-1 hour wait. I wish that was an exaggeration. Don't be fooled by the empty drive thru. You will still have to wait

More options for vegetarians.Their "meat" free sides blow nowVegetarian options: Better tasting/quality items would be nice.Even their biscuits aren't the same as I remember.And bare in mind, I worked for KFC for 5+ years in the late 90's to early 2000's - even as a vegetarian all but the first 15 years of my life - and suffice it to say, I'm not impressed
