Called in an order for sopapillas without cinnamon and Sugar. We opened them when we got home and they were covered. We moved them around to see if it was a lot. Called them to let them know and they refused to make another order unless we returned them. I told her that we had touched them and that it would be a waste to throw them and if I could just take a picture to show them when we arrive. She said, no, we need them back. Why?? So she could throw them away? It would be a waste of food. They don't care. She said it was fine for me to never buy from them and to share a horrible review. Real fine folks at this location. No grade A customer service here. They don't care.

Our server was great. Hostess was sweet but she didn’t communicate very well. Food was pretty good.

The service was friendly and prompt which earned the two stars. The food was terrible. I had a soft chili relleno that tasted like old fish. Couldn't eat it. My mother's chicken enchilada had a bad flavor as well. Couldn't eat it. Both were heavily smothered in pretty tasteless sauces. I'll never eat here again.

I ordered the smothered chili fries. They were OK but not the best. I also ordered the seafood enchiladas. There was not much sauce on them and you can tell it was definitely imitation crab. The food did taste like it was just reheated. Also when I was looking at the menu online the prices were different when I went to pick up my food. The fries were supposed to be six dollars and they charge me eight dollars for them. The seafood enchiladas were supposed to be $13 and they charge $18 for them. I was originally going to get a Menudo but they said they didn’t have it and only had posole. They said there was nothing they could do and the website needed to be updated. So I was pretty upset about that.

2.5 Stars - 163 Reviews...why in the world did we come here?!? My friend and I went for dinner last night, I ordered a Coke/Pepsi (can't remember, but it doesn't matter), my friend order a Ginger Ale, the waited told him they were out. He then ordered a Root Beer, the waiter told them they were out. My friend asked for a few minutes so he could look at the drink menu, he decided on a Mojito, the waiter had the nerve to laugh and say they were out of mint. I told the waiter what I thought about the situation and we walked out. Pathetic Staff, Pathetic Management, Pathetic Restaurant!

Sat at the bar....mostly ignored. I'm guessing because I didn't appear to speak Spanish. Had to flag someone down to order dinner. Bartender wasn't busy just preferred not to wait on me. Was prepared to give a great tip. Not so much now. First and last time here.

Bland and forgettable are the kindest words I can say. The chips were cold. I think they're store bought. The cheapest brand. The main dishes we ate were little better. Chicken quesadillas were flavorless with a paltry serving of pico de gallo. The other three plates were swamped with beans and rice camouflaging the meat. It was pitiful. I was skeptical when I saw the low Yelp rating and my fears were proven true. They had a band playing outside on the patio. The lead singer's voice was as unappealing as the food. And the prices are high. Stay away or go to Taco Bell. They should either do a complete menu and chef reboot or close. Wretched.

Bad experience at this restaurant. Had Steak Chimichanga with old, steak that tasted more like liver. Other members of our party had Enciladas that were kept on plate. When asked how everything was I explained my steak item was dried, old, fatty and the waitress shrugged her shoulders. Will never go back.

Service was great, and drinks were also good. Food left something to be desired. It was fresh, but it was just missing something.

Just went in for cinco de mayo and had the worst experience. Not only was the host with a ponytail very rude but we asked ahead of time if the bar rail was open seating the host said no yet proceeded to let others that just walked in sit. After 40 minutes of waiting we got called for a seat at the bar but the host let someone else sit there because they wanted to get a drink. We finally got seated and we're so upset with the way we were treated we left ( we tipped our server for taking up his time) management needs to evaluate their staff and how they treat people i will never be going back and i suggest to others not to until they evaluate their staff

Super fast and efficient service! We no sooner had starred to finish our chips and salsa and they were right there to replenish. The Burrito was served ? and tasted delicious. There are a wide variety of items on the menu - the place is larger then I thought inside as well.

The pozole and the green chili we're very good. The margaritas were fine, not exceptional, although I really like that their sweet and sour is made in-house with fresh fruits! The service was less than enthusiastic. Our server/bartender was nice, but did not seem to be enjoying her job. In all fairness, she did talk about being short staffed both in the front and back of the house. Everything eas was adequate but not inspired. We were in the area at dinner time and chose this place because we both love Mexican food. I probably would not go back, but it is also 45 minutes from where I live...
