The worst pizza ever. It was cold old hard and a total waste of money. It was my fault for not looking in the box before I left. The pizza looked like it was sitting there all day I bought it for my kids for dinner and they didn't even want it so it's sitting on the table and it should have been thrown away hrs ago I will never buy food from them again the nasty for even keeping pizza that long and for that price I feel like I was robbed.

So I went into Little Caesars yesterday and wasn't really too sure about what I wanted. I was greeted by "Melanie" as I entered the store from that moment she offered amazing customer service and helped me every step of the way with all the million and one questions I had. She didn't get annoyed or anything by my indecisiveness. She stayed joyful and willing to help the entire time. She made me feel welcomed and I have always said "Great customer service, always makes for a happy customer". I will be making sure to come back to this location from now on!! Thanks again Melanie!!!

Worst customer service ever!!! Leticia the manager is even worse!! Waited over a hour at the place after our order was placed online!! Lots of workers and lots of talking!! Over heard them say in spanish that they forgot to put our order in!!! Guess what I understand spanish!! I asked to speak to the manager after I had inquired about our pizzas the first time, Leticia came up with an attitude and being very rude when questioned how much longer! Finally got our food and it was NOT fresh at all!! Needless to say we trashed it!!! Never again will go to this place again!! Save your money and time

Bought pizza and bread for Valentine's day, site said it wasn't working so I got the app and ordered that way. When I picked it up I saw my name on the screen twice. I explain to the girl what happened and she insisted it only charged once. My bank and the email from the store says otherwise and now I can't get a hold of anyone when I've called and the voicemail is full. Breadstick were cold and hard. Pizza was good tho
