Late shift seemed super understaffed.. the lady taking orders was doing her best, but she wasn't keeping very good track of what order the cars pulled up, so 3 cars from the other line that arrived after our line got their orders placed first. Wouldn't have been too bothered except my gas light was on, and the wait in addition to this was pretty long.

Besides the fact that my order was placed online, i take up to 10-20 min to get to the mcdonalds. I arrive and they make me park for another 15-20 minutes, just to find out when i get home im missing half my order lol.

Do not work for this place why? because Lauren Boselli addy, George Scott, Mayra Gutierrez, Soila, and Rene Lund will give out bad reference on other jobs and these people will not let you get another job due to the fact that these people lie and make up stuff for no reason, as to reason why I cannot get another job because these people wont stop. so watch out for this place. I would not recommend working here becuase they are evil people!!!

This place is terrible..workers are rude as well as the manager. Had argument over coffee and when the gal gave it back the lid wasn't on properly and it spilled all over me and inside it car. People inside were laughing about it all. Dont go here!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! How do I rate 0!? Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!! Their menu screen was broken and when asked what options were for coffee they were completely rude. Then they gave us the wrong coffee and accused us of “that’s not what you ordered”. Excuse me? I do know what I ordered. The employee argued with me saying it was the right coffee and when she returned it she had not properly put the lid on my mom and spilled it all over her. And the employees were laughing in the background when the manager came up and did not reprimand them.I went inside to the manager and I requested a refund for the terrible and rude service which she would not give to me and then she would not give me her name because I am calling corporate. The woman was short with black hair in a pony tail. I WILL be following up with corporate.

This place was filthy and rude!! I am disabled. I walk with a cane bc of a recent spinal fusion. I sat down at one of the handicapped tables. I used the app to place the order to avoid standing in line and at the counter. When my food was ready it was not delivered to the table as the app states or what the other stores do. Instead she yelled my name and made me come get it. When I got there I said "You really make disabled people walk up here?" "I recently had spinal fusion. It's difficult to walk around" and she rolled her eyes and walked off! While I sat there eating she came out to the lobby several times to tend to her young children that were at work. The youngest daughter was running around a lot. The older boy was polite and just sat there.Then there was the filth. Trash everywhere. Used napkins, ketchup sauce and packets and food all over the floor and under the tables. The bathroom was dirty too. Trash on the floor and a wrecked counter. You can tell the basic cleaning chores that should happen throughout the shift doesn't get done when THAT manager is on duty.***Avoid this McDoodies at all cost****They disrespect people with disabilities!*They disrespect us all with the filth!*Very unprofessional location!Wheelchair accessibility: They were very rude considering my mobility issues. I was at the handicapped table and was forced to get to the counter even though I ordered on the app for table delivery bc of failed spinal fusion. I would choose a different location if you have mobility issues ?
When I walked in the McDonald's on 104th in Northglenn no one was at the fount taking orders. When I did he just told me that I would get a dubble cheese burger for free then i would by one at regular price then he charges me one dollar for the one dubble chese burger wich was for free. I recommend this McDonald's but always pay attention to what the price said on the meachen.
