I placed a mobile order, but there was nowhere inside to pick it up due to construction and they wanted me to go through the drive-through that had about 20 cars in line so I told him forget it. No way to cancel order so I’m out of luck as far as this meal goes.

Listen, I usually don’t like to complain especially on fast food, but this one, I have to say something. I made a pickup order at McDonald’s for the Breakfast Favorites Bundle and four Small Premium Roast Coffees. However, I only received one coffee, a hotcake, and Sausage Egg McMuffins. Despite showing my mobile receipt, they insisted I was wrong, that it wasn’t a bundle, and that they couldn’t do anything about it. So I lost three coffees, two hash browns, and another hotcake. I won’t be doing pickup orders again since it seems like the digital receipt is worthless. I usually give people a break, and the benefit of the doubt, but this experience left me dumbfounded. I’m pretty sure it was just a regular employee and either a shift lead or manager that “helped” me.

I went threw the drive threw and had to wait 20 mins for my food forgot my happy meal soI had to wait another 15 mins and had to call them since the lobby was closed never again I still never gotten rest of my meal I just left I got sick of waiting so I left I shouldn’t have to call or wait that long for at a fast food restaurant

Horrible. Food was very old tasting, like it has been sitting for days, or was expired and not hot. They forget stuff in the bag that I paid for, the cashiers are always nice, friendly and efficient. The food window people seem to be playing around , goofing off, and not too focused. I realize fast food "is what it is" but this location is disgusting. They should close this McDonald's location down and open a Burger King / Wendy's/Carl's Jr. or other. It is shocking, wanting $16.00 plus for working in fast food, yet you cannot even serve quality, fresh, correct orders?

I was at this particular 120th McDonald’s, when I sat, and had lunch. Went up to front to requested to use the restroom because the codes for the restrooms are already set for security purposes, for the homeless but not for the rest of the community. In my case when I was in there for in a particular amount of time then they started falsely accusing me of doing drugs in the restroom, which I wasn’t even aware there was a time limit to be in there, and then just to be judged by the manager by threatening, or using vulgar language don’t take kindly just to act like foolish, and wrongly be concern to what really is going on, and that includes one of the team members that didn’t even had the audacity to give me any space, just for using the restroom for an extending time. If somebody is taking care of business, it shouldn’t be there concern to interrupt anybody like that because they are so use to the consequences that was previously took place. I’m going to go ahead and leave a bad rating for how they took take of that, when someone starts making up one story, for a entirely separate reason is just poor a work environment, in my experience.

Stopped with some friends for a quick bite to go. We got hot-n-spicy chicken sandwiches, fries, and drinks. The food tasted good. (Hot-n-spicy chicken sandwiches are my favorite off the McD's menu). Service was friendly and quick, great qualities for a good fast food location. Easy to get in and out, Lunch anyone?Wheelchair accessibility: There are designated wheelchair parking spots and the doors accommodate wheelchairs.
