I do my best to avoid carbs the bartender at my regular OC has gotten me down to ordering just meats and occasionally veggies Ala Cart. So when I went to this one and ordered chicken with the Nashville HOT seasoning. They turned up the HOT on me. I could feel the heat from my ears to my toes

First off the music was way too loud, we couldn't hear each other talking. We asked if the music could be lowered, they indicated they couldn't turn the music down. Can't imagine why they had no control over the volume? When we ordered beer, they were out of the beer we ordered. Twice. We ordered nachos with beef, they were out of beef. So we ordered it with chicken, couldn't find the chicken. Nachos were supposed to be an appetizer, they came out with the meal. It took forever for our food to come out. The service was slow, explains why that particular location rarely has any people in it when other locations are always packed. We only went there cause it was a half way meeting point to meet friends for dinner. Not going back there again.

I often overlook Old Chicago as a legitimate place for good pizza. I happened to stop in with a friend for lunch and really enjoyed the food. Since then I've gone back more than once for Happy Hour (both afternoon and late night). The HH deals and options are great!

I genuinely believe that corporate needs to help here. Obviously I don’t know details but I can see that the wait staff are trying and the food is good. I think it’s possibly the owner isn’t paying enough to get enough staff in to help with the cooking and waiting but obviously I’m just a patron and I don’t know everything, it’s just an observation.What I did notice is that corporate is responding to reviews and while we were there 2 tables left before being served.We waited 45 minutes to get our appetizer and side salad.The food was good and our waitress was nice. If something doesn’t change I don’t see this location lasting long.

Its empty, yet somehow they still take long to make okay food. The menu and cups were dirty. They still took around 30 minutes just to bring out the salad I asked for.

Ordered food to go. Took forever while waiting to order food. Had to go to bar to order because hostess disappeared on us. Then waited over 30 minutes and has to go back to bar to have them check on our order because hostess disappears again!! Absolutely ridiculous at how many times we were passed up by employees like we were not even standing there. We will not return to this location again.

Just ordered 2 calazones one with out ricotta and an extra pizza sauce. No extra sauce, hardly any meat and no ricotta in either. Mostly bread and garlic. Not going back.
