At first, we waited 25 to 30 minutes, and we were only acknowledged because I asked a server if we had a waiter. He immediately apologized and said he would check wo it is. When he returned, he told us we were seated at a table with no assigned server. He again apologized and assured us he would take care of us. He promised to make up for the error. AND that he did! My daughter, without knowing, I spoke to Trey, went to the host who apologized, and between the two, we had the Manager at our table. He did comp us an appetizer and two desserts. What started out bad turned out to be awesome! Thank you, Olive Garden, on 120th and Washington.

Sit at the bar if there's only 2 of you. Personalized service, attention and food arriving in a timely manner. Smiling face made the food that much better.

The place was packed. The lot was super full and ppl were screaming and cussing each other out trying to get a parking spot. Other than that I placed my order to go and went inside the place was way overcrowded at the door. Had to squeeze thru many ppl and I didn't like that. I did hear glass breaking so not sure but it made me nervous. I don't like large crowds. Every time I try to place an online pickup order it's always messed up. Order goes thru twice or not at all and thats why I went inside. I've got 3 little ones in the car so I wait outside. We did wait about 25 to 30 mins for our food order. The guy who was running around outside was very nice and did offer us some drinks while waiting. He brought my food out same time. The food was good when i got it home. Still was warm and my kids scared down the spaghetti. One order feeds them all. I love the take home cold one for $6. I get two and we have left overs for lunch the next day. I ordered the tour of Italy. The only bad thing was I felt the chicken parm was too hard and over cooked. It wasn't juicy nor tasty but the Alfredo and lasagna was ok. In the future I'll prob order from this location over the 88th one due to the staff. Prices are high for single parents like me so this is an ocassional thing.Dietary restrictions: Meat sauce is dairy free I was told.Parking: Parking is very tough to find on weekends.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are kind of hard to open

We came here with 32 people and had a fantastic time. Food was delicious, and as always, the staff was attentive and professional.

I wish I could give zero starts since we didn’t get to actually experience the restaurant. We placed our name on the list ahead of time and were quoted 15-20 minutes. Perfect as this is the distance from our house. Once we arrived we checked in at about exactly 15 minutes from when we initially put our name in the list. We were still 5th in line. Ok fine it’s not a reservation so we were willing to wait a little longer. We waited another 15-20 minutes before we finally go the text that our table was ready. We unload our three small children in the snow and head into the restaurant. The front lobby is packed full of people and total chaos. Once we got up to the host stand they proceed to tell me we are still on the waitlist. I showed them the text message we received stating our table was ready and to proceed to the host stand to be seated. The host then tells me again we are still on the waitlist and “hopefully” we will get another text soon. I was so upset we decided to leave so I can’t tell you if the food is good or not but the service is definitely terrible. Which I guess I should have read other reviews before visiting this location because that seems to be the consensus.

Jorge (Rico) dropped off the check and didn’t ask if we wanted another drink or dessert. Felt very rushed. The restaurant was in shambles. There wasn’t a manager insight. Food was delicious. Service not great at all.

I'm gonna start with the service. Everyone was great, the staff did a great job.We weren't fans of the food. Admittedly we haven't been in a while but it definitely feels like they've cut as many corners as possible to turn a profit. It's not the worst food, it's ok, but for the price it's bad. Also, everything felt overly corporate, you could tell how scripted every interaction was. The restaurant has no soul. If you can score a decent lunch deal for $10 yeah it's worth it but other than that it's no different than stoffers.

I have been on a low carb diet for 3 years now and OG was the last place you would fund me. Went with friends and discovered the substitute broccoli for any noodles. The chicken Alfredo with broccoli was completely off the hook. And the bartender was good to us considering the size of our group.

Information it'll cost you a minimum of $130 after to to take a family of four there. But beyond that, it's great.

Unfortunately, my recent dining experience at Olive Garden left much to be desired. It took an excruciating 20 minutes just for our server to bring us our drinks, and by the time our food arrived, my fettuccine Alfredo was not fully cooked—the noodles were as hard as could be. Despite bringing this to their attention, they took it back to the kitchen to fix it, but then proceeded to charge me for two plates.Throughout the meal, our server struggled to keep up with refilling our drinks and failed to ensure we received our to-go breadsticks. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and poor service left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the dining experience for future patrons.

Always like going for their lunch special. I definitely recommend the shrimp scampi with the unlimited soup and salad. Minestrone is always a favorite.
