Food at Panda Express is consistently tasty and satisfying. We especially enjoy the grilled shrimp and honey sesame chicken. We usually do drive thru and find it well managed, accurate, and efficient. On our last visit, while waiting for our food in line, we watched as the manager and another worker cleaned the trash receptacles and fence with soap and water. The experience I had blew me away! Nate helped me and his shirt said manager and he acted as such! You would think they pay this kid a million dollars for customer service as he exemplifies and embodies what caring about your customer should look like. From start to finish a great interaction after a rough night for me. Again I don’t need some sort of red carpet but the small things matter and they gained a customer for life.
