I wanted to like the local neighborhood Italian place , but it was the worst meal I’ve had in a while. We ordered two sandwiches for takeout. The Italian sandwich was mostly provolone with a couple small pieces of salami and pepperoni. The meatball sub had dense, flavorless meatballs. Both sandwiches were on huge pieces of seemingly cheap sub bread and weren’t toasted. In general, everything was under seasoned. The sandwiches came with chips, which were Doritos and chili cheese Fritos—odd choice for an Italian spot.

One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to. Family owned for 27 years and everything is homemade. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy. The food is out of this world too! Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Quaint little place in the neighborhood. They made our family dinner as we celebrated my son's birthday. Loved our family dinner tonight here.

Update. Finally made it back here. Portions are still huge. We always have leftovers. This weekend they had a Valentine's day cake dessert which was super delicious. Come with an appetite and patience. Their hours are limited. Call ahead for reservations. We waited about half an hour which is pretty normal for any restaurant lately, we should have made reservations. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful.Yum yum yum. Huge portions. Very authentic. Only open on weekends but still the same great food and service.

Very cute mom and pop place with homemade spaghetti! Definitely try this instead of the generic chain restaurant that shall remain unnamed.Vegetarian options: A handful of vegetarian options - eggplant parmesan was great, and many of the dishes can be changed to fit your needs.

OK, perhaps it’s me, I visited here once, and I was not impressed at all. I know I have high standards for Italian food. Not sure what went wrong, but overall I walked out and thought meh, I didn’t even think that it rated Olive Garden standards. Which are pretty low. Maybe was a bad night, bad service. Maybe I should try it again sometime and see if it was just me or a bad night. Not sure if I would recommend this place as of now.

We visited and waited for 30 minutes without anyone even looking at us, after being sat down. The place was only about 60% full, so we just got up and left. The food looked good though.

I am disappointed because I had high hopes for one of the few Italian restaurants around here. I got a simple plate of rigatoni. The red sauce is disgusting. I asked the waitress for a different sauce. She glared and said no one had ever expressed dislike of the red sauce, but I don't believe that's true. It was awful, bitter, season-less, bland, and generally distasteful. A friend of mine agreed it was disgusting, but this time I had gone back for a second time to give them a second chance. The next sauce was great, some lighter vodka-based sauce. The house salad dressing was great. The service was fine except the server deriding me for daring to say that their sauce sucks. I think she must be part of the family(?) that owns the place. I will try it again sometime but not anytime soon.
