My little one and I dropped in to get dinner and this specific store was incredibly busy! I felt so bad for making my order complicated as a line quickly formed behind us. Brandon and Alyssa were rockstars! They were extremely kind, helpful and maintained being positive. That positivity they put out spread throughout the store. The girl working made the wrong pizza. We waited a very long time.. so we just took it anyways. It's frustrating when it says on the ticket what should be on the pizza and is still incorrect.

Reggie assisted me at this location on a Saturday afternoon holiday weekend. Great customer service, polite and kind. I'm handicapped and Reggie helped me in and out of the establishment as there are no handrails to get on sidewalk and patches of ice to navigate. He also helped me safely back to my car with purchase. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Fantastic young man.

I would have given them 5 stars ALL a-crossed the board -ESPECIALLY due to their fantastic customer support and flexibility (staying a couple minutes late until I could arrive after getting unexpectedly caught in some rare traffic) BUUUUTT- sadly and unfortunately they gave me the wrong toppings on my pizza ? ? &substituted my pepperoni mushrooms ??????? for my pepperoni w/ their much unwanted onions!!! ????? ????? ??Overall the food was very easy to prepare and still delicious!!!
