I took advantage of the new $7 deals they have and ordered breadsticks and a pepperoni pizza.When I walked in they were helping a door dash order. So I was just looking around when I watched THE PIZZA MAKER CLEAN HIS AREA THEN GO GRAB THE BROM TOUCH THE TRASH CAN. THEN AN ORDER CAME ACROSS! HE WENT DIRECTLY TO THE FRIDGE PULLED OUT TO PIZZA FROM THE LEFT FRIDGE GRABBED TOPPING AND MADE THE PIZZAS he did all of this WITHOUT EVER WASHING HIS HANDS!! When I tried to address this with the cashier I got told well you CAN CANCEL OR BUY YOUR ORDER WHAT ARE YOU DOING! IT WAS AWFUL! I could never imagine treating anyone like this!

Ordered 50 dollars worth of food for delivery. App states it was delivered. My cameras on the property show no one ever arrived at the house. Called the store with no answer. Called their customer service number and was told 7 to 10 business days for a refund. That took 3 hours to find out from their phone customer service. What the heck.

I would simply like to get what I paid for and what was advertised. I ordered 2 pepperoni lovers pizzas and cheese bread. The pepperoni lovers pizzas hardly had any pepperonis, less than a normal pepperoni pizza let alone pepperoni lovers. I have pics to prove it. The cheese bread was burnt so bad it was not edible. I have had problems with that location literally every time I have ordered there and for years at that! I was interested in the triple treat box so I thought I would give them another chance since it had been a couple of years since I ordered from there and of course I was disappointed again. It's like they just don't care and it's been like that for years which tells me that the issue is the management. Half the time when you go in there's not even anyone at the register and then you stand there and wait for them to even show up and acknowledge you. Someone needs to do something because it is ridiculous quite frankly!
