Never order from here unless u have HOURS to wait. No customer service, delay on orders for no reason. Never coming back. An hour and still waiting on food.but damn will they get ur money quick.

On March 24 2024 at 9:30pm me and my family went to this location and was immediately meet with two employees that were extremely impatient i was surprised because we were the only customers also the manager was very rude our order was over $50 and we were told they can not break a $100 bill so after we paid we were also told they had no butter and no hot sauce and no napkins ( in a very very rude way )the manager needs to quit if she doesn't want to do the job ! Or if its to much for her

Your chicken in the chicken sandwich has gotten so bad. I used to love coming here but you can tell you guys are cutting corners. The chicken is fatty and stringy. It used to be plump and delicious. Now it's disgusting.. the batter is excessive too. It feels like I'm eating sand when I find a huge portion of it(which happens a lot). I've also developed the habit of taking off the excess tempura to avoid mouthfuls of it. It's seriously disgusting guys. Do better.. The staff is fine just the food is going WAY down hill.

Tried out their Chicken wings (Ghost pepper (not hot at all)), but still good tasting. Their little Oreo cookie Ice-cream cups were delicious. The shrimp 12pc was pretty good as well 02/2024.Parking: Enough spaces for most times. Additional street parking on East side of building.Kid-friendliness: There's enough items on the menu for most kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully ADA compliant.
This place just needs to be shut down completely. The service here is very lackluster, and the food quality is always bad. Today was my last attempt. I pulled in the drive-through at 10:50pm and ordered 3 tenders meals. I asked to have it fresh and expressed that I didn't mind a wait. I was told, " The tenders came out 15 minutes ago, and the fryers are off. Would I still like them?" I drove off in disappointment because this is my 3rd time trying this location just this month. And all 3 times were huge fails.
