Was told 12 minutes, waited 30. The sides had clearly been sitting as they were warmish at best, and my wings that I’d really wanted were spicy, even after they asked me twice, and all the other chicken was classic.

Got some blackened chicken tenders during a busy work day. They make those fresh everytime so they are always good. I only ordered the tenders but the guy working noticed I had to wait longer than normal and threw in a free mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything was fresh and good. I don't eat fast food often but will definitely return when I am in the area for more blackened tenders!

Usually the people are amazing and nice unfortunately after having an issue I will have to give a 1 star. The whole situation led after they had lost my order that I had already paid for online and after I had waited 45 minutes in the parking lot I finally went in to see the problem, after trying to figure out what happened and what the problem was they had told me that it was not them but MY fault for the issue and there was nothing they can do about it and that I don't get a refund or my food that I had ALREADY PURCHASED.

Lady doing the chicken sandwich smashing the bun down and then cleaning the counter she was working on. Don't know what was on the rag she was using all this time she NEVER put a glove on. The cashier grabbing her hair getting orders handling money no gloves. Very nasty. I always go through the drive thru but not tonight. I don't think I'll go back.
