Potbelly is absolutely amazing! The employees at this place are super helpful! I think the girl who helped me's name was Jessica? She helped pick out something for my picky three year old and he ATE ALL OF IT. That is so hard to do. I even noticed the manager actually out working with her employees. That is RARE nowadays and she seemed very nice!Kid-friendliness: They have food options fit for the whole family including a picky three year old! It's also a good place to get some shakes! (They have cookies on top!)

As far as sandwich shops go, this place was pretty different, and the sandwiches were pretty exceptional. I thought hi I just tried about everything until I got to this place. Really liked it and the service was exceptional. Do I recommend it? Absolutely! A definite worth trying!

Work got us lunch I had The wreck sandwich. It was good I liked the side of peppers and pickles.
I ordered The Wreck sandwich to go. Got home and there was one very thin slice ...not even a whole slice of each..ham, turkey ,beef. Could not even taste the meat. Had to take off half the bread to try to taste it. Very disappointed!!

I used to stop by the potbelly’s in Midway regularly when I worked in the field and loved it - RIP. This establishment did not turn out to be just a nostalgia visit, they do a great job, and the food is top quality. Definitely get hot peppers. I’m glad Chicago’s loss is our gain.Vegetarian options: They have salad or sammich fixings in any configuration you want. Not complicated.

I preordered on the app. I showed up with 2 people in line. I watched 18 people come in after my time to pick up and order and leave..Here I wait. I tried to order behind everyone else but they said I can’t delete an online order. And now I wait looking at my order ticket flop in the wind. This place is a joke for a non busy Thursday. I will actively tell people not to eat here.
