Highly recommend this Japanese restaurant! The sashimi is fresh and the portions are generous. The sweet shrimp is my favorite dish; it's incredibly sweet and fresh. The rice in the nigiri is delicious too, and it's topped with large slices of sashimi. The set comes with a beautiful boat presentation that wowed me and my friends. The Chef's choice for sashimi and nigiri were both excellent. Additionally, I visited with friends for a birthday celebration and the atmosphere was great. We received extra attention from the staff and were allowed to bring in balloons. I highly recommend this place for special events!

Really good sushi and other great options for non sushi lovers. The atmosphere is awesome and the service is great too. We have become regulars here and we have always had a great experience, but today especially we were very happy with the service we received from John. He was very kind, quick and extremely friendly. Nice spot with good variety of sushi, ramen and some grilled entrees. Lots of nice kids options. Jackie was so accommodating even with our 6 kids in tow! Really kind service with heart. Luxurious napkins top off the experience. Very good for a mall sushi spot!

Ordered volcano roll, maguro, tako, spicy tuna, and a regular tuna that never arrived. All sushi was not fresh (ie chewy) and the tako (octopus) was inedible. So I can second some other 1 star reviews opinions. Anyone who knows good sushi will not like this place. I give the service 4 stars as I have no complaints as I was served in a prompt manner and the manager was accepting of my input and comped most of the meal. I won't be going back to Sashi sushi.
This place has become our go to ! Every new dish we try has been absolutely delicious and today was exceptionally better thanks to our fantastic waitress Jackie ! She was attentive, made great recommendations, and had such a kind and friendly demeanor that made us feel welcome and valued! Highly recommend asking for her when you visit! Food was great and Jackie’s kind energy was the cherry on top!

The food was amazing! We started our meal off with the crab cheese wonton. These were the BEST that I have ever tried. I would go back just for those. I ordered the Spicy Sachi Ramen, it was good and it must have been all made from scratch because I waited on my meal alone for 25 minutes. My wife got the Chicken Hibachi, and it was very good (I stole a bite ?). We also got Eel Nigiri, Spicy Salmon Nigiri, and Mackerel Nigiri. The sushi was amazing. The only downfall was the service. We waited around 10 minutes for each refill, and that was when we would see the waitress come by. Otherwise, it was about a 15-minute wait for refills or anything else we needed.
Great rolls but try there teriyaki chicken best in town!

My favorite sushi place :) great atmosphere, tasty sushi and great costumer service. It is a little expensive, but I’ve found that the food is really good so worth it! The dessert sushi (fruit ninja roll) is the best dessert we’ve found in Colorado.
