Wifi doesn't work

Ok so here is the deal I go to this Starbucks almost every day on my way to work In fact some of the employees know me and what drink I want so it's safe to say I'm a regular at this location. On this brisk Tuesday morning I drive up and feeling the urge to take a quick piss I decide to go inside I ask one of the employees for the code to the restroom being the rude person she was I was told I had to buy something first which Is where we find ourselves in a predicament. Of course I was gonna buy a drink like I always do but I needed to piss first that's all there is too it if I get a drink then do I bring it with me into your bathroom there isn't great shelving in your bathroom for already purchased drinks waiting for the new owner to relieve himself before consuming. Now I'm left pondering this great issue wishing I could solve this great mystery of anyone knows of a way out of this endless cycle of buying drinks and drinking them only to find myself needing totake a piss all over again I would greatly appreciate it

My wife was sick and urgently needed to use the bathroom. I asked them for the code to use the bathroom and they told me that she had to buy something to be able to use it. I feel that it is not a way to treat a customer who has bought coffee from those places for years. What I did was buy something and leave it there. I just wanted to use the bathroom. I practically paid for using the bathroom.

There was a line of 6 people so I tried to use the restroom 1st. The staff refused to give me the code to use the restroom before a purchased my item. Very rude customer service.

I was in Starbucks off of 120th and I25. October 2. 2023.I Experenced the worst treatment of one employee to another. This trainer named Addison was training another pleasant young lady who was very sweet very unprofessional and told her she was stupid right in front of me. I will Be taking this up with your corporate office. No one should be treated this way

I love this Starbucks! Super nice employees and always welcoming. Drinks come out quick. I recommend to go here, employees makes coffees perfect all the time. This is my top 3 Starbucks I go to that I trust, that will taste amazing!! Definitely recommend!!

This Starbucks is an imperative for commuters before hopping on I-25 for their lengthy commute. This place offer Great service and always serving with smiles and efficiency. It's always clean, inviting and cold inside here. Make sure you get the door code first from the employees before attempting to go to the restroom. Cheers.
