I’m not sure when Subway turned into the slowest food place on earth. They also stopped carrying half of the topping options, what sandwich shop doesn’t have Swiss or Dijon mustard? It had already turned into a very questionable eating establishment long ago, and now it’s just painful. Throw in the towel, Subway, I think you have officially become a lost cause.

The worst subway ever. Consistently have come in and the staff is so rude and it’s an absolute disaster in the store. Last three times in they were out of meatballs. This last time was enough though. Walked in the door and the rude lady working literally yelled at us saying it would be a wait, there were just two people in front of me. I was then told they were out of literally everything I went to order. I got a turkey with no bread choice and then after putting four brown shreds of lettuce on my sandwich the worker just says were out. I questioned this and he said well I would have to get it from the back…so go in the back and grab it dude. Been going to subway for years and it has gone way downhill but this location is giving yourselves and even worse name.

Online says they open at 7am, daily. Went there before school so my daughter can have a sandwich for her after school program but the sign on the door says they open at 8am. This needs to be addressed.

I have ordered 2x from here. the first time, they did not receive my order and sent me to another store.. just to find out it was at a total different store.this time I placed an order online for delivery. 50 minutes later, no delivery. they wont answer the phones and they didnt have my order ready

Wanted to pick a sandwich for lunch today around 1pm, no one was there, customers and employees. I heard some noise in the back so I peeked around the corner into the kitchen when the employee came out and asked if I have been here before, I said it’s been awhile and she responded in a snarky voice, there is a button over there to get my attention. I told I won’t be needing the button because I won’t be returning and left! Good job!

So let me tell y'all a little story about this subway! This subway used to be the best subway I could've possibly seen or had. The food used to never be cold they're was always extra food ready to go in the back. There was always bread ready. There used to never be a worry in the world. Nowwww this is the worst subway I've ever seen.. they can't keep their lobby clean.. there's water standing in the lobby from their tea maker and they never have prep they never have food ready they can't even open on time... they're supposed to be open at 7 but they didn't open until almost 8 because whoever was in the back was just messing around.. this now has been the worst subway I've seen in a long time! Get it together subway!

This subway absolutely sucks. After Pam left it just went downhill. Their new “manager” is very rude she didn’t acknowledge anyone waiting in line, I used to come here all the time but I’m not sure I’ll be back after this visit. Ordered online because I had a BOGO offer, ordered two turkey footlongs and they didn’t have turkey, (they did it was on the counter and they didn’t want to open it), and the veggies were sloppy, sauce on the outside more than the inside. Wouldn’t recommend.
$12 for a salad. That’s fine but not if I have to tell the person what is in the salad and then get a half a bowl of it.
