At a time when customer service is hard to find I had a great experience with the staff at Subway. They where very friendly and helpful. It is nice to see young people taking pride in there work. I asked for their names so I could leave a review that says something. Thank you Anna, Kat and Robert I will be back.

Went to subway for my lunch and there was a huge line. Landa was the only one helping customers. A young girl was there with a young male- both were just standing there while Landa was trying to help all the customers. Young girl was extremely rude and you can tell she doesn’t want to be there and hates her job. Even though she didn’t help me, she made it very clear that she didn’t care of helping and made me feel very uncomfortable. Only way I will go back is if Landa is there but if I know the young male and female are there, no way I’m going back.

Young girl was rude and had attitude. Did not greet us or even cared about service. Walked away from the register before we even payed?!Don’t waste your time here. Never had such an experience like I did earlier today.

Young man and lady working at the time. Food was ok, not hot as I asked for a toasted sandwich. Things got crazy for a second, other orders being made. (Assuming it was online). Another lady upset because she was told she couldn’t get a refund that her bank had to do it. Anyway, in all the chaos one of my sandwiches got mixed up. Meanwhile no communication between the two. Got home. One of the sandwiches was totally wrong. Tried calling; no one answered the phone. Continued calling for approximately 10 min or so. No answer. Hopefully, the manager reads these comments. Also, what happened to greeting your customers.

My daughter placed an order online, my sub was a BLT, more like a lettuce and tomato sandwich, 1 piece of bacon on a 12 inch roll, and of course no one answered the phone to fix the order, absolutely horrible!

Just picked up a mobile order that I placed. Three sandwiches. Not ONE thing right on them. All 3 came cold even though they were supposed to be toasted. One came as an incorrect size. And my friend paid the extra $2 for smashed avocado just for it to be completely missing. Young, little dirty blonde hair girl working the counter. Will not be back - don’t waste your money at this location.

Got here at 2ish and there was a little line. Understandable considering only 2 workers are here. There was a huge order in front of us, so they were trying to focus on them and to get that out. Unfortunately, there was a lot of things that out of stock or was not made for today. The sandwich itself was subpar. It was supposed to be toasted and it wasn't. It was warm, which with the weather outside, it would have been great with their soup, which of course, was out. Chip selection was ok. I honestly wish that they will have more of a better selection for bake lays product. But the customer service is definitely the highlight of this lunch. The ladies were super friendly when things was busy.

I’m 16 and just barely got my license. I went in the store and was helped by a very seemingly nice older man with an eyebrow piercing. I thought his customer service was fantastic until he commented on my blonde hair and asked if I was single. I asked how old he was and he said he was in his early twenties. This was a blatant lie. I politely denied and got my food and left. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and betrayed by his kindness. Ladies; beware , beware
