I ordered online and my order was completely wrong. I’m wondering if the employees even read the order when it comes in. They made my sandwich with wrong ingredients and then didn’t even toast it. Then when picked up, they never sent the drinks AND chips. What’s the need for ordering ahead if the employees aren’t gonna make things right UNLESS you’re standing there watching them. Just terrible. Then I called eight times and get a busy signal to tell them about my problem and let them know I’m coming to get my correct order and they don’t wanna answer. Then when I get there, they’re CLOSED… the employee closed early….. wow

Ordered from here for delivery. The app didn’t let me select the cheese I wanted (it wasn’t on the list), but Subway has it set to no special requests in DoorDash. I tried to call to make the request, and could not get through - only got a busy signal. I tried for several minutes until it said my order was out for delivery. I’m not sure if they just don’t have multiple lines or if they took the phone off the hook, but it was annoying.

Google and the front door say they are open until 9pm. Teenage boy working inside said they closed at 830 when wr walked in at 830 for a late dinner. Either he didn't want to work or Subway needs to update their hours.
App said delivery would be 25-30 minutes, but ended up taking well over one hour, food was warm and bread on sandwiches was soggy. Won't order delivery again.

The young man and woman working here were fast, professional and polite. That's all l want from a subway. This isn't as busy as the others in Thornton. The breakfast wraps are actually pretty good too although most folk have no idea they are an option.
