I tried ordering a cake from this business and I was completely ghosted. I reached out to Amanda and she asked me about the flavors, designs, pick up day, etc. I felt like she was going to make the cake given our conversation and she never mentioned she couldn’t. I reached out about a week before the cake was supposed to be ready to make the down payment. Nothing. I reached out again 4 days before and I didn’t get a response. I had to order a cake last minute. I wish she would’ve told me she couldn’t make my cake so I didn’t have to panic order a cake.I will add that I’ve ordered and received 3 cakes from Amanda before. The flavors and designs are good, but her communication has been lacking in the past. I used to recommend her to friends but I will no longer recommend her due to lack of communication.

I was so excited to get a cake from here for my child’s first birthday. We communicated and designed a cake. Unfortunately the bakery stopped responding and does not have a working phone number. I emailed wanting to know if they were still able to make the cake. After the fourth message with no response I had to last minute find another way to get a cake made. I would not trust this shop or recommend to anyone. There are plenty of other local bakery’s in the area who value customer service.
