I waited for about 10 minutes and there were 4-5 staff. I asked them, and they just looked at me and didn't even say hello before giving me my order. Very very poor.

I ordered 5 tacos and 5 burrito supremes. The shells of every taco were broken and unable to eat with my hands and there were almost no contents even if the shells were intact. The burrito Supreme only had sour cream and no lettuce, beef or tomato that is supposed to accompany the burrito. I would not suggest going to this place unless you wanted to throw money at a franchise without caring about your meal.

Went threw the drive threw on a Friday Night, long line ( I get it everyone orders like ithete is no Tomorrow) but regardless I wanted Taco Bell and I choose to wait that’s on me ,Big chains like Taco Bell make billions of dollars a year now if you divide that by what maybe 200 stores in Colorado .Now you have an estimated amount, so consider that before you complain about how long waited , remember you choose to wait.The reason for this message is because the car in front of me was so mad at the cashier for the wait that he threw a beverage at them. When I got to the window poor teenager was crying.That’s so sad that teenagers can not work without being insulted or assaulted at a once was fast food chain.I LOVE this Taco Bell the hospitality here is beyond exceptional , always laughter and smiles when I come .Parking: Very big parking lot

Long story short, CHECK YOUR BAG.Went to the drive thru last night and they skipped 1/3 of my order.Paid $44 for Taco Bell and was missing a good chunk of it. Went back through the drive through an hour or so later and they refused to give me the rest of my order. The manager said they needed a receipt of the purchase which is reasonable. I paid cash and was never given a receipt, just my change and the bag!The manager was laughing with the window girl “you didn’t give him a receipt hahah”. She repeated to tell me I’d have to pay in order to get my original food. Their only rebuttal was 2 cinna twists - 1 of which I paid for and never got originally, I wasn’t leaving empty handed…The unaccountability of the manager was appalling. Proves to show weak work ethic.They need to hire better laborers!

Very bad experience:There was only me and one other person in line, but it took at least 10 minutes before he took our orders.The soda machine was out of both ice AND carbonation, and it was never fixed while I was there, even though others continued to try and use it.Then they ran out of Hot Sauce.After dealing with all of that, the food was getting cold and soggy. So even though the food was probably OK to start with, by the time I actually got to sit down and enjoy it, it was not great.In general, I liked Taco Bell food, but I see so many bad reviews now at most of the Denver area locations, I'm starting to wonder if something has gone wrong. :-(

Don't go inside for dining. Took 7 minutes to get someone to take my order. There is always a drive thru line. Horrible customer service. I will drive to 120th next time. Thanks to the new guy only 3 days on the jpob took my order. I'd look for a better job you have skills!

I don't drink soda with my meal and they refuse to give you a water cup. I just need a drink of water. Is that so hard? Penny wise and Yelp review foolish.
