Ordered food in the mobile app for pickup. The restaurant had a full drive thru that wasn’t moving so I went in to wait. There were 2 employees working: one making all of the food, and the other taking drive thru orders. After 15 min I went to ask about my order, and the drive thru guy was just standing around watching the other one make the food. He didn’t jump in to help keep things moving at all, just told me “we’re working on it” and went back to standing around.

Been here twice and both times the car wash is so loud you cannot hear the drive thru at all so I drive away after 5 minutes just sitting there

I've gone here several times and generally have no complaints. But tonight, not even 30 minutes ago, I ordered just 3 crunchy tacos as the only person in the drive thru. Maybe 2 people ordering inside. I waited about 8 minutes and received...2 cheese roll ups? The person taking my order repeated everything back to me accurately, and she was very polite and great, I just... I don't know where the hiccup happened. I got too trustworthy with them from previous orders being perfect, but curses! The one time I don't check my food until I got home. On the upside the 2 cheese rollups were very yummy. Just check your food before you drive off or you'll be out a couple bucks! I'll still go to this location again because this is the only time they've messed my order up over the number of times I've been here. Generally they do just fine!

I mean, it's Taco Bell. You can expect the certain quality of any fast food. But it would be really nice if workers would take the extra 5 seconds to cut all the way through quesadillas, so that people arent trying to tear apart the tortilla with one hand while driving with the other... it is not that hard to cut a tortilla!!!Also, the carwash nextdoor makes it super hard to hear the people talking over the transceiver in the drive through.

By far the worst Taco Bell I've ever had the displeasure of going to. Unfortunately this is the closest one to my house and have been here at least 12 times.10/12 times I've had terrible service. The clowns 'running this place' rarely answer the drive thru and always give an attitude.Do not waste your time coming here if you think it's convenient, because it's not. This place should honestly just close.Do not go to this taco bell

December 16th about 7:00 went through the drive-thru gave him my order and the young man told me that one of my cards did not work so I gave him another card he told me that card did not work then they all gathered around to laugh about it and I even told the manager that I was willing to come in and show her my accounts they all set up real quick ? and what's crazy is they didn't even try another machine they kept trying the same machine anyways took my money elsewhere another Taco Bell and I got my food just fine. But this was a good example to show my son that when you work hard you go over and beyond not do the same stupid thing

So I leave my house at night in the snow to go to a TACO BELL - a place that serves burritos and tacos and everything else and they tell me they’re out of beans? Does a movie theater run out of popcorn? Does a burger shop run out of meat? Is this negligence by the on duty staff, or incompetence by the management? Either option leads to an incompetent management that should not be able to proudly look in the mirror. Great tacos though

This was the best taco bell around. They messed up my order the last 2 times. They substituted cheaper products for the more expensive ones I paid for. This place is falling apart.

So frustrating how we never know if the lobby will be open or not! We arrived at 7:15pm and could see people eating inside, but all the doors were locked. They are losing SO much business! Heading to Taco Bell on 136th and Colorado as they are always open.
