There were s cereal hiccups. I've been to this location and service has always been great, staff is carefully selected it appears and they work on steam and can pick that up as interact as friends and almost family.However , despite having corrected their mistake combination of various details I can't provide a 5.I first ordered a chicken sandwich the sandwich looked great but was short of being cooked fully. While it did not appear feoz n it was not fully cooked so the chicken was still tough. I requested a hamburger instead .Hamburger was brought and all of as great, cooked well but the times of the food were near unnaceptable about 20+min being there was hardly anyone late at night .While my server was friendly and attentive with greetings and checking the actual refills took longa free being notified.When it came time to pay asked if. Needed change which usually I don't mind but that was almost double the amount of the meal I had purchased and was obvious or should have. With exceptional service I wouldnt mnd but too many small things can only consider the overall service ok.

We were told to expect a 30-40 min wait because they were understaffed in the kitchen. After 35 minutes it was clear that Doordash and other delivery service meals were taking priority and we realized we would be waiting a LONG time even once we got seated. It was disappointing to leave after a long wait, but we did not want to be disappointed even more.

Solid meal for us. Service was excellent it was pretty empty as we went early on a Sunday afternoon. I had the samples of JD sauce covered ribs, shrimp, wings. A little sweet for me but all in all pretty good.

Haven't been to TGIF in ages - tried the salmon and it was super delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient. No complaints and would recommend a visit to anyone wanting some higher end bar food.

I’m a frequent patron of this restaurant but that is changing. I live 30 minutes from this location but it’s on the way home from work so it works out well. I usually order take out. I went picked up my order, waited outside for 30 minutes only to be told they forgot my order. Once I finally got my food drove home only to find it was completely something I did not order. I called back and after speaking with the manager I was given a credit for my meal to use on my next purchase. Which was fair enough except two days later I tried to use it and was told can only use it if I sat down in the restaurant. This was never told to me in the beginning. I asked to speak to the manger and this time told too busy will have to call you back later. The person on the phone was rude and customer service some worst I have experienced. I will find another company that likes my weekly business.

Ordered the full rack ribs, the taste was off. The coleslaw tasted old & so I did tell the server who brought out another serving. It was just as bad but the server didn't seem to care. My family ordered sliders & the ends were hard. Again the server said sorry but that was it. We were craving TGI Fridays & have never had such a bad experience. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Place was GREAT! Whiskey glaze ribs were awesome. Super tender but still held together so you got a good BITE of meat. Tasty... Kids enjoyed their meals and Mrs enjoyed her drink! Something with tequila and fresh pineapple. Not going to tell you what it was called because you really need to get there and try it yourself. We will definitely be going back. Our waiter was super friendly and took great care of us.

I know I ordered at 12:30pm for a 1am pick up. However I'm prego so I have a weird eating schedule at the moment. My pot stickers were amazing so was the strawberry lemonade. Best I've ever had. But my bone in wings not so much they were definitely overcooked. I understand your probably tired from working all day but try to make food the way you would eat it in the future please. Ty.

Apparently "curbside" means something completely different to this particular restaurant. Everywhere else on the planet brings the food to you when you choose curbside. Not here. They tell you they will but unless you actually call them or go inside to check, you will be sitting outside waiting while your food sits inside and gets cold. That's what just happened to us. Glad we got cold fries and mozeralla sticks because we assumed they were going to bring it out to us like it said they would. Oh well. You live and learn. Just beware if you order to-go here!

Our server was nice enough. But the service was terrible. The food was terrible. Cold and crusted over by the time it got to the table. It took 45 minutes to get our food. The manager knew we waited for a long time and he never bothered to come to our table to see if we were happy with our food. Which we weren't. It was terrible. The bathrooms are disgusting. Stalls are missing actual doors. Expensive meal that was a total waste of money and time. We'll never go back.

I ordered the full rack of ribs that comes with coleslaw and fries. The staff forgot to include my coleslaw and of course I love my veggies so I was bummed. My better half enjoyed the ribs. My fried green beans were definitely the worst I've had but I was super optimistic about them so I ate like 3 so I didn't feel too bad about wasting the rest :( maybe next time tgif, you were so good to my friends and I in my college days!

Normally I wont rate 5 stars for chain restaurants but they nailed it on this one. My pasta I ordered was incredible. Waitress was very nice and kept up with us.

Let's say we won't be back... to start the restaurant was not busy. From the front we could clearly see open tables in open areas of the restaurant where servers are waiting on people. Yet we had to wait 15 min to be seated. The front host seemed to be a 16 year old kid who looked high as a kite. Finally once we were seated our waiter did not seem to enthused to have us in his section. There were plenty of opportunities for him to stop, check in on us see how things were going... nope... he walked passed our table multiple times while checking on his other tables and did not bother to check in on us. He had walked passed 4 times before I had to call another waiter over for a refill, napkins and silverware. The silverware was dirty... not just with waterspots but with old food as well. Our fried mushrooms were hard and over cooked, the fish and chips hard and over cooked, fries were soggy. We got the bill and it was $65. When we asked to speak to the manager they did not bother coming out to address or check on the issues but just gave a discount on the bill. This location is severely lacking in customer service as well as a cleanliness. I do not recommend eating here. This was our first and last time coming to Friday's.

We miss our TGIF in Colorado Springs so when we are up in the Denver area we go out of our way to stop here for their baby back ribs. We stopped at 3pm and as expected the place was empty. Our waitress was on it and took great care in taking and delivering our food. We love this place. Will be back soon.

The review below mine is pretty accurate. Our server was, well not good. Food was just ok. Over charged for the 2 beers I ordered, she said the guy adjusted them to the correct price. They were still wrong, then he came over and said sorry I'm bad at math! It's a calculator dear heart. Bathrooms were filthy and one stall was missing the door. Never again folks
