wow i admit i am not much of a golfer but this place is amazing Oliva was a great staff member and very helpful the food top notch Mexican tacos that are way better then chipotle had a blast trying my best at swinging the club and watching the ball fly it was fun times and a time i will never forget thanks for a great experience

Unfortunately, there reservation policy is completely unfriendly to the customer! We reserved a bay for a birthday party for our son, he ended up having to work so we wanted to move it out one day, instead of being able to reschedule, they force you to cancel, losing your deposit, then you have to rebook and pay yet another deposit! Absolutely no flexibility and terrible service to the customer, we have decided to find somewhere else to celebrate the birthday.

It's amazing how a great experience can be so negatively affected by one person. My fiancee booked 2 bays for an event - my birthday to be specific. We were having a great time - ordering a lot of food and drink. Four of us are more serious golfers so we were playing a 9-hole virtual course in one bay. As time was getting short, our server came to us for "last call". I told him we would like to extend the time because we had 4 holes left. He said it was no problem. Then I heard the manager, Luke, telling the rest of our group in the other bay they would have to leave and go in the bar area. I asked why and he said that if the time was up in the bay, they couldn't stay there. Mind you, this was the day after a snow storm and it was 9pm and it was EMPTY. Money is fortunately far from a problem so I told him to just extend both bays so everyone could just hang out and have fun. 90 minutes later we finished our game and paid and everyone wanted me to open the gifts they had brought. As I started opening gifts, Luke asked if we were going to be long and we said just a few minutes to open the gifts. My son had forgotten his gift in his car so he went to get it. It took him less than 5 minutes. As I started opening a card, Luke came back and told us we would have to take the gifts downstairs and that he "really should have kicked (us) out 15 minutes ago". It wasn't even quite 10:40pm and closing time is 11pm. And it was EMPTY. So, we all left. Not sure we will be back.Just before this, I had been talking with my fiancee and she said she may not have tipped enough because she only tipped on the food and drink. If the service is good I will generally tip on the entire bill. So, I thought I would give our server a little extra on the way out. But then the way we were being shooed out the door I decided not to. Fortunately, my sense of fairness got the better of me and I called our server over as we were leaving - he had witnessed the entire discussion with Luke - and I told him that I wouldn't let a bad end to the evening stop me from doing the right thing and handed him his extra tip. If he is supposed to claim it for tax purposes, it was $1. ;)But, based on that manager, I will probably pass on future opportunities to play at Topgolf.

Not sure when they stopped maintenance and replacing mats but came here on my birthday a week before my golf trip just to tear up my wrist because the grain of the mat was opposite of what you’d think. Might be time to invest back into the place. May also explain the lack of customers. That mats are worn out quit turn them every which direction to try and get more use it’s only annoying or injuring your customers

I have never been to TopGolf so I wanted a great experience. I made a reservation for 3:00 and showed up about 20 minutes early not knowing what to expect. The desk clerk said I get bay 115 first level. I asked if I could have something upstairs and answer was no it is what it is. So ok I sat down. My 8 year old wanted to just see upstairs so we went up to check it out. There were 8 bays available. I went back to desk clerk, man I red shirt, and I asked why I can't have one upstairs the is a lot available. He said they have reservations for 3:00. Blank stare in my face I said so do I. Sooooo? Can you please explain. He said no best I can do is spot 215. I said why, no response. You are not able to choose spot your want on the app so how do those get reserved but I can't have one. Said computer chooses. At this point my son just wants to play so we settle for 215. This still is eating at me. To top it off a gentleman helps me put in my info for a new account...each person in my party must pay 5 dollars to sign up. WHAT?? Complete rip off...so expensive to come enjoy my time with my boy. Food was overpriced. It cost an arm and a leg to have 2 hrs of fun. I love golf but I will not return to have fun there.

First time at a Top Golf. We had our in-laws, adult children, and our 9 year old daughter with us. It’s a bit pricey but you can find deals depending on the day. Using the app was a piece of cake, we had staff immediately attending to us, and boy we had a blast. Most of us golfed but not everyone did. I’m telling you- EVERYONE had a great time! It’s March so it is chilly. They have outdoor heaters that worked so well we had to turn it down. Food and drinks were delish! Facility SO CLEAN! Games were easy to navigate and fun for all levels. My husband was a kid in a candy store! 5 stars!!!

I can’t say enough about this place and the manager Gabi E Is amazing a treat us so nice. Always accommodating our requests. They have heaters in the winter so it does not feel like it’s so cold outside. The atmosphere is awesome and the food is great.They always keep our drinks filled without even asking.

What a great night out! Met up here for a going away party and I really enjoyed it even though it was my first time and I'm not a golfer. Our server, Tyler has excellent recommendations (I had the nachos) and rose wine. He answered all our questions patiently and helpfully. We enjoyed the angry birds round (I actually won a round in this), as well as the normal golf round which was more challenging for me. The atmosphere was enhanced by fun music and lots of people having fun. I was surprised at how many cars were in the lot. It fits a lot of people but you don't notice it when you are in your section. I would recommend this place to anyone and especially if you are having a group night out. Thank you, Top Golf! It was top fun.
