Last night at 11:30 we came through the drive through and was told most of the items were not available that they were out. Obviously they didn’t want to make anything. So we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a Dave’s double. After we ordered we get down the road about 5-10mins and grab our food and it was cold like it’s been sitting out for a long time and super dry. You can’t let meat go from hot to cold like that and think it’s safe to eat. The lady at the drive through had a piss poor attitude. Tried to go back and obviously they were closed at 11:50 instead of 12 like their hours say. Tried to call and the number online says it’s disconnected. Worst Wendy’s don’t waste your money.

3 for service. Due to adding chz to hamburger. Went back, didn't ask for a replacement. Just ordered and paid again. The 2 hamburgers both had chz again. So I said that's the 2nd time. And told about the 1st time. Got the deer in the headlight look. Seemed to not understand. Finally, they took the food to replace. But with the appearance that they were bothered they had to remake.

The only reason I’m giving this location two stars is because the gentleman working the front counter was trying, I think he’s a manager. This location is filthy dirty, the burgers were under cooked, the dining room was disgusting, the floor needs to be mopped. I looked into the area where they cook and it was so gross, I already feel sick. You need to do something about this. We visited 11/3/23 around 7:30 pm, if that helps. The manager was trying, he was the only person working the front counter but still, everything was filthy. The young ladies working the drive through were kind of just standing around like they didn’t know what they were doing. You see the reviews… do something! We will go to the 136th location from now on. Gross gross gross

The service is always office at this location. The employees are nice but they are always super understaffed. Today upset me more than others. Two items were made wrong in the drivethru so I pulled around to go inside to get fixed. I didn't want to wait in line because it always takes forever here especially. Both doors to the building were locked. No sign whatsoever explaining why they were locked. So I pulled through the drive thru again, thankfully it was empty and got my food remade. Mistakes always happen with the food I order. Again the staff is nice but lots of issues with ordering and time waiting.

The woman with facial tattoos taking orders is rude and unprofessional. I sat at the thing to take my order for WELL over 5 minutes, no one had said anything for that whole time, as well as the screen was completely black so I figured maybe it broken? There was 2 cars in front of me so I drove up and was waiting to order at the window. When it was my turn I pulled up and immediately she said “did you order” I told her no I didn’t get the chance to as I sat at the speaker for well over 5 minutes, she told me I had to go back around which was frustrating because by that time there were other cars in line. I told her that no one said anything for over 5 minutes and she rudely interrupted me and told me I need to back around because she’s busy, however I was the only car in line at the time. I drove off and did NOT go back around as she was horribly rude when speaking, as well as it was most certainly NOT busy.

The drive-thru at this location is hit or miss on most occasions. I order the same thing every visit and they either do not listen or don't care. Today I ordered a #1, no cheese, small cherry vanilla dr. pepper. When I got to the window, they had put in a medium drink. The manager told me I need to tell them it's small at which I replied, I did say small. When I got home, not only was my burger cold, it had double cheese. I tried calling but it rang and rang before being disconnected.

The initial impression was a bit discouraging as the person responsible for taking orders seemed somewhat slow in attending to the customer in front of me. After a few minutes of waiting, he did reassure me that he would be with me shortly. However, what struck me as a less than ideal situation was the fact that he was also tasked with managing the drive-thru orders, simultaneously. This dual role, in my opinion, might not be the best approach to providing efficient customer service, especially for those dining in. Ideally, there should be a dedicated staff member exclusively responsible for in-store customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and without unnecessary delays.What exacerbated this situation was the presence of two other employees, both young ladies, wearing headsets but seemingly unoccupied. It's unfortunate to see employees standing idly when there are customers waiting. This observation left me feeling that the resources available were not being optimally utilized, which is contrary to the principles of effective customer service.

Mobile ordered and picked up in drive thru, non attentive and fairly rude staff. No cars in drive, but nobody answered for a good 20 seconds before I said “hi” and then they answered me. They were out of both of my preferred sides from my mobile order (not their fault) but when I asked what other alternatives there were, they were rude and snarky about it. They proceeded to not say anything else to me at the window as they handed my food out. I don’t know who made their day suck, but the attitude towards me was uncalled for.

This Wendy's is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to, the girl taking my order (the one with the face tattoos, and let me be clear I don't care that she had a face tattoo that's just a distinguishing feature easy to use to point out who I'm talking about) she was extremely rude as soon as I pulled up to pay I told her I had a coupon on the app and she just said with attitude "we don't do that" and I was confused and confirmed she was talking about not using the app and she just acted annoyed and said "yeah we don't do that." I then asked her to remove an item since I was only getting it because of the coupon and that annoyed her even more. She then made me pull to the front of the building and I waited 15 minutes for my food even though there was nobody inside and only one person in front of me in the drive through. The cherry on top was my food was cold when they gave it to me.

Good food, great service from Richard, even though it looked like he was short staffed. Dining area could have been cleaner. While the service and short staff made that easier to overlook, it doesn't go unnoticed.

The absolute WORST excuse for a fast food restaurant I have had the displeasure of experiencing.After waiting 40 minutes for my (very simple) order, it was missing ingredients and I was told they were out of one of the items entirely AS THEY HANDED ME MY INCOMPLETE ORDER.I asked for a manager and was told by the kids running the store that "she doesn't work past 5pm". I'm like... EVER?When I was a general manager, I worked 80 hour weeks, often sleeping in the lobby when necessary to open the next morning. I never got the luxury of just deciding not to work when it is CLEARLY needed most.Absolutely horrendous location. The restrooms hadn't been cleaned for what looked like days, the drink machine in the lobby was leaking water all over the floor (no wet floor signs in sight), and the most unprofessional/apathetic crew I have ever seen. It would be embarassing for them, if they even cared to begin with.Parking: Good luck finding a spot because every car that goes through the drive-through ends up out front waiting anyways.
