Actually shouldn't even give one star. Went here an hour before work and they have the lobby closed. It's OK I took my business elsewhere and will never try to come back here again.

Came here because In-n-out was too busy. The people were friendly enough, but they mess up our order. The soda machine didn’t have ice. They were out of chocolate frostys. The bathrooms were filthy and the toilet was unusable. We should have waited for In-N-Out.

Can’t get any thing right. I ask “what’s on a #7” they read out the description for a bacon cheeseburger but when I get my meal it’s a weird bbq burger with crispy onions. This has happened 4 times now. Today I ordered online while I was walking there and mid walk they cancelled my order. No big deal I’ll just go inside and order. NOPE they locked the doors so no one could go in and we’re only doing drive through even tho there were people still inside, this was around 1:30 not even close to closing time. 0/10 would not recommend.

I recently visited Wendy's for breakfast and opted for their bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin along with a side of seasoned potatoes. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't busy at all, both the English muffin sandwich and the seasoned potatoes were served cold.The bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin, which should have been a warm and satisfying breakfast option, was disappointingly chilly. The combination of cold ingredients took away from the overall enjoyment of the sandwich. Additionally, the seasoned potatoes, which should have been a flavorful complement to the meal, suffered from the same issue—they lacked warmth and freshness.Given the lack of patrons in the restaurant during my visit, I had expected my meal to be freshly prepared and served promptly. However, the cold temperature of both items suggests that attention to detail and quality control might have been lacking in the kitchen.While I have enjoyed meals at Wendy's in the past, this particular visit fell short of my expectations. I hope that in the future, Wendy's can ensure that all items are served at the appropriate temperature to provide customers with a more satisfying dining experience.

Unsanitary practices were present at this location. Associate taking orders was also handling food without gloves or hand wash. Associate also had really long matted/knotted hair. Won't be eating here again.

I just have to say the customer service is great and Dawn Gonzalez, the General Manager is polite friendly along with the rest of his staff & clean store. I absolutely would recommend this Wendy's location.

Went thru drive through, ordered 3 things and they told us to park and they’d bring out the food. It’s cold and I get it, they don’t wanna bring the food out in the cold but we waited 15 mins before heading inside, there was a bag sitting on the counter and I asked for my food and they gave me that bag.just to Get home just to find out EVERY SINGLE FRY IS HARD!!!
