Went to grab food from here this evening. Our order accidentally was cleared in the system before it was filled. The manager was amazing and made things right with us. I have been here a few times and the staff is always amazing! Thank you for a continued positive experience!

The people were very nice and the food was very good. But the reason I'm giving a 5 star rating is that my cars battery had died in the middle of the drive through lane. The manager was so helpful and had even helped me charge the battery.10/10 service

I find it absolutely disgusting that any buisness would deem closing at 10 is fair. Almost every buisness prior to COVID closed at 1 am. It's absolutely abhorrent for you to think closing any earlier is OK, especially when usually this place closes at 11. Genuinely will never frequent a restaurant with such bad hours. Clearly you don't cater to the working class, as many of us get off late. Good to know that freddys is classists.

I ordered a meal with two Oreo cookie sandwiches which cost 20 dollars so I paid in cash. I got my food, drink, and then I left but there was no receipt in the bag and no Oreo cookies. I called back to get a refund but since I paid in cash I didn't know how they could and I didn't have a receipt! I felt really neglected by the service this time and I wish I had checked the order myself.

I downgraded this to 1 star in view of the "response from owner" that expected me to jump through hoops and provide personally identifying data even though it should be VERY CLEAR when I give one star for service that there is a service problem. And their response was anonymous.The atmosphere and food remain mediocre.If they are serious about wanting input then let them provide me a name and contact information and that will make it look to me as though they MAY care

When did a lunch at fast food cost 42.11?!?!? I won't knock the rating because again, I know businesses are responding to inflation and food costs- it's just crazy and I had to mention it.Came here after our appt at CSU Vet Hospital. So happy this location has the dog patties! Our pups love these!Unfortunately, our human food orders were not made great. I understand I had a "Special" order with my burger on lettuce, add this, extra this and that, and take this off....and it was made extremely basic, minimally meeting the special order that was placed. That was frustrating because I even saw things on the receipt that were incorrect and brought it up to the manager before he made my order (he was the one that also took the order), and he stated he "had it" and understood what I wanted. So....I had faith. It was disappointing, like I said- thus the 3-star rating.In addition- my husband ordered a plain vanilla shake. Thank god he does not have food allergies (like I do) because there were chunks of Butterfinger at the bottom of his cup....how they got there and why, we don't know. But this could have ended badly if I had been the one drinking that.I did not want to knock the rating down too much because the overall atmosphere was very good- the restaurant was very clean, the condiment section by the drink station was very well-stocked, the drink station was neat and clean, and the bathrooms were clean as well. So....all of this was a 5-star experience. The food was the disappointing part. However, I love Freddie's so will give this place another chance/try.Update February 14, 2024:Rating went from 3 to 2 stars as I followed up with Freddy's as advised in the response from the company (shown below my review) on 1/27/24....and......crickets. No response from Freddy's corporate or this location. It's unfortunate.

This place is disgusting. Bunch of children working there with no supervision. Trashes are full, trash all over the kitchen, not a single clean table. Brought it to their attention and just got laughed at by a 17 year old. Keep up the great work Freddie’s!
