Pretty good for a Wendy's. They have their off days like all fast food restaurants where the quality is lower or they make mistakes but by and large they're an above average establishment in terms of quality and the kindness of the staff.

Ordered through the Wendys app. Came through the drive thru to pick it up and when I got to the window, the boy with the neck tattoo gave me attitude. Treated me as if I were a child and tried to tell me that “since I ordered through door dash or something” I had to come inside or they wouldnt help me next time. Sir, I ordered on the Wendys app, not door dash or some third party. Didnt give me my drink or frosty. Food in the bag was as if it had been punched.

Dear drive-thru employee.When giving a customer's change back, you place the coins into the palm of the customers hand and then give them the bills. You do NOT ever place the coins on top of the bills and hand it to the customer. This causes the coins to sometimes slip off the bill before it can get into the customer's hands.That is all.
