This low rating is mostly due to a lack of reliability. Out of the last four times I have been here during the scheduled hours of 0700-1030 they have been closed three times! If you are going to make it as a business you have to be open when you say you will. The lack of predictability is unacceptable for customers who are trying to plan their packed days.

They are really slow feeling you’re order . I was first in line for 15 minutes and with two of them not one said I’ll be right with you. I ended up leaving do not recommend if you want coffee on the fly. Needs work on costumer Service

Employees are on the spectrum. Ordered bacon bagel sandwich, she confirmed bacon after I already said it. 3 min later the same girl that took my order calls out "sausage bagel". I was the ONLY person in line. I reminded her that I ordered bacon for the 3rd time to which she tells her eyes since I've inconvenienced her so horribly bad. Worst service from completely lethargic degenerates. Thanks, BACON!.

I admire this venue a lot. there is a different air. The kitcen is superb. the service is efficient and the waiters are friendly. The cost is modest. deeply recommend.

They will more often get your order wrong or not have the items you ordered than get your order right. Always tell you after you pay for an item that they can't make it that day for whatever reason.

No donuts, oj, or bottled water. THEN, she forgot to make the sandwich I ordered. If I hadn't asked how much longer it was going to be, I would still be standing there waiting as she stared at me. I requested a refund as I didn't have time to wait for her to start making the sandwich after waiting 15 minutes, she copped an attitude. This shop is not a good representation of the AFA and should be removed!! Horrible.
