I think the owner actively seeks people with no customer service skills and who dont know about coffee. i asked for a decaf latte, the look of confusion on the cashiers face. the other one says " she means a decaf" so i got a decaf coffee. sigh.

They are really slow feeling you’re order . I was first in line for 15 minutes and with two of them not one said I’ll be right with you. I ended up leaving do not recommend if you want coffee on the fly. Needs work on costumer Service

Very slow service. We were here very early, soon after they opened and only a few people were there. One guy said he'd been waiting nearly 10 min. And they seemed to have a bit of an attitude when having to redo coffee they messed up and when asking if the food order was almost done.
Nice staff. Unfortunately when I went in and ordered a half dozen donuts, I only got 3, and didnt notice until I got home.

Small shop but they are pleasant and since they have donuts now it's pretty much like the real thing. Orders come out a door that's kinda hidden behind a pillar so you have to pay attention to get your order when it comes out. It's nice that the place is there and it sure beats having just vending machines.

Great placement just inside the lobby entrance. What's odd is the location of where the orders come out. It's hidden behind a pillar and they only yell the coffee name once. Not your name or order number.

The hospital commander apparently relented. The shop now serves a small selection of donuts. It was rather silly to have a Dunkin' Donuts without donuts. It's a small shop, though, so don't expect too much, and they aren't fast.
