Masterpiece sandwich was delicious and filling. Honey balsamic glaze tied everything together and neutralized the saltiness of the deli meats. Ciabatta was nice, but could have been enhanced by being toasted. Side was a bag of chips. Service was quick. I would eat here again.

Breakfast croissant was ok. Banana Nutella crepe had way too much Nutella. The new country music playing was annoying and killed the vibe.

Food is comically bad! Omelette is like a college sophomores attempt at cooking eggs with fillings for the first timeOtherwise the place is good - what I’d expect/want from a cafe with quick eats

Coffee not hot at all. Eggs ordered over med came over very hard, no jelly for toast. Self serve as u order then go sit and kitchen worker brings ur food... 15%, 20%, 25% all.options to tip when u sign fir ck... table wobbled so bad it spilled all my drinks, incl the plastic cup of water I got for myself... I watched a girl pick up plates and wipe down table, it was ONE and only one quick wipe to brush and crumbs to floor I guess. I had eggs replaced, the rest of it I just had to live with I guess...

Food was really good. Service was nice but the atmosphere was absolutely horrible. They were playing rap music with F words in it and absolutely was not Vail vibe. Felt like I was in Compton ducking bullets coming in with drive-by shootings. Absolutely not kid friendly. Such a shame.

We had to wait over an hour before our ski day to get our food for 3 people. It wasn't overly crowded but we still had to wait for a long time. The french toast seemed well made with fresh fruit. The overall presentation of the food was outstanding. It was just unfortunate how long we waited.

Friendly staff but a really small place. My biggest complaint is because it’s so tiny, when we were sitting to eat, the bathroom door was wide open. Since no one closed it for a solid 15-20 mins, it smelled like a port-a-Jon (not how you spell but you get the idea). That smell kinda ruined my appetite, TBH. That’s why they get a 0 for atmosphere.

I been living in Vail for 9 years, back in 2015 was the first time I ever tried Big Bear bistro and it was insane good. The food for the last 2 years has been terrible and I only keep on coming back because of their location, I absolutely love sitting outside by the creek and its so close to the gondola. The croissant for the breakfast sandwich its reheated, the ham taste terrible, it is not well put together, but last time I got the Alex breakfast and it was not edible, the eggs were supposed to be scrambled and they were dry like reheated, the bacon was ok, the potatoes were soft and bland and the toast wasn’t even toasted, there was a hair on the food as well.I didn’t complain at the cashier because I can tell they are all J1s working seasonally and I feel that is just a dead end.I also seen the lady which I awesome its the owner, yell at her employees multiple times so I am kind of scared of telling her how terrible this food is.Its such a shame because the location it’s outstanding
