Crespelle was an awesome spot for a delicious, hot, affordable lunch in Vail. The Rabbit Food crepe was a great vegetarian option and we also enjoyed the GNAR and Taos crepes. If you're having trouble locating Crespelle, note it's inside 7 Hermits Brewing!
This is our favorite breakfast/brunch spot in Vail! The crepes are so tasty (Pigs in a Blanket is our go-to) and love that they cater to Gluten Free since my husband has Celiac. Great location in the Village with outdoor seating!
My review is based solely on the crepes. There are a variety of food but we have tried two of the crepes and both were tasty. The strawberry one (shown in rhis picture) was light, fluffy and delicious. The downside however of this resturant is the seating. It is mainly a bar with probably three or four tables. So keep in mind you might not be able to set especially if you are a large family
