Lance was our server and he was great. If you have not had tapas before this was great. But tapas are not a lot of food. But it's a great way to try a lot of different dishes. Really liked that it was not crazy loud. Would go back again.

We haven't been to the Sebastian for years, the new ( to us) Leonora Restaurant was terrific. Tapas style starters were all excellent. Table favorites were the Lamb Lollipops, Grilled Octupus ( seriously the best I have had in a long time!) and scallops. The family favourite was the special Rib eye, cooked to perfection and was enough to feed the 5 of us.A special mention to Jeffrey, our server, who was engaging, welcoming, forward thinking and attentive in a nice way! Also to mention I cannot have Dairy or Wheat and all dishes I was going to eat were adjusted without issue and tasted terrific.Thank you for a great night out.

My friend and I came in tonight and had an amazing time. Lance was a wonderful waiter - very attentive, informative and kind. All workers who passed our table were engaging and helpful. Awesome food and we will definitely be back.

Good for the most part was excellent. The octopus we ordered came out chewy. When mentioned this our waiter Lance, who was very apologetic, he proceeded to bring out an order of lamb lollipops on the house. Mistakes happen in the kitchen sometimes. Lance did an excellent job waiting on us. Overall excellent experience

Great service and excellent wine list. We had some trouble with the online reservation so had to call.

A pleasant discovery for our gang (3 couples). Beautifully designed restaurant. Attentive and professional service thanks to Lance. Favorites around our table included: their version of an Old Fashion, the Burratta, the Brussel Sprouts, the Pork Belly and Cauliflower Salad. Wine is served at cellar temperature (the way I like it). We will be back.

In prior years, this was my favorite restaurant in Vail; and I was looking forward to our dinner last night. What a disappointment! Some of the food was still very good, but some was not. Perhaps my disappointment in the food was partially a function of the atmosphere created by the service. It was terrible. We felt rushed throughout the dinner. Our first tapas course was served before our drinks were served. Every dish was brought out very quickly. The staff kept on trying to remove our serving plates before we finished eating. They continuously failed to provide the serving utensils necessary to share the tapas. Some of the tapas that were supposed to be served hot were luke warm. The waiter forgot to bring the glasses of wine we ordered - twice. The second glass of wine we ordered didn't come until we asked again and then just before desert. We were quite surprised when the waiter simply dropped the bill on our table without being asked while we were still eating. Although we felt very rushed, nobody was waiting for our table. When we left a little after eight, the restaurant had many empty tables. Sad to see such a deterioration in what had been a great restaurant.

The waitstaff were polite and attentive. But, do you ever have those times where the waiter asks “how’s everything”? You just don’t want to say anything because it will darken the evening. The reality is that the food at Leonora is marginal at best - French Onion soup arrived luke warm when that dish should just about burn your mouth because it’s so hot; the duck confit was almost a joke - this dish should present with a very crispy finished duck and all fat full rendered - there was almost no duck for starters and, whomever made this had clearly never tasted true duck confit in the French manner; the pork belly, which was highly touted, was fatty and meager. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t nearly as good a pork belly can be, particularly after the alleged 3 day process - the sous vide should have rendered the fat and the dish should have had a firm, smoky finish. It was mushy, boring, and lacking. So, unfortunately, that’s the transparent feedback that we just didn’t have the heart to pass along.

What a horrible experience New Years Eve dinner was. From the second we arrived… seating was 45 minutes late. The wait staff was rude and disorganized. We went for a very expensive meal, the least the maitre de could do was wear a jacket and tie and not a golf shirt. The food was awful. Over cooked and took forever. The raw bar would have been fine but the blatant obvious of switching out an appetizer plate for coffee saucers because they didn’t want people to over fill their plates was a joke. You may ask why I’m posting this almost two months later… the bill was just put thru to my credit card yesterday. Are you kidding me… do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money or your time here.

Our party of 8 was served with 0 complaints. Our server, Lance, was helpful kind and attentive. Extraordinary service and food suggestions. He even recommended bars for us to go to after and was positive vibes all around. Make sure to order the pork belly and tuna tartar—chef's kiss. 10/10 will be back soon!

Fabulous Staff - thank you to Jeffrey and the restaurant manager for their patience and their attention to guests. Sticky Toffee pudding amazing and 5r blueberry sponge cake delicious and beautiful!
