Amazing service and sushi! The fish is some of the best and freshest tasting I have ever had, and the chef comes up to you throughout the meal to make sure you are enjoying it. And with only a few tables, the atmosphere is quiet and private. If you like sushi and want to try real wasabi, I could not recommend a better spot!

Must try sushi place if you’re in the Vail ski area. Sushi chefs were Japanese. The sushi literally melts in your mouth. Loved their spicy rolls - it wasn’t filled with those tempura bits other sushi place uses as fillers. The fish was so so fresh. I wouldn’t go anywhere else except this place next time I’m in Vail. The servers were also knowledgeable and kind.

200 dollars per person at least. No show is 200 per person.Food is good but makes nobu feel like a bargain (yeah, really).Only place in the world to tax after service charge (20% included).Tolerance for reservations is 5 minutes. If they need the table they’ll kick you out immediately.Since they have many customers they know -and REALLY make you feel like- they don’t care about your experience.Found a cockroach on the way to the restroom.

Their sushi is amazing. One of the best I ever had. Maybe because is so expensive and I had to enjoy every minute of it. Hamachi Kama was so delicious! Cooked right and fresh. Toto and salmon belly melts in your mouth. Too bad I can only afford so much

If one prefers the floating boats of sushi all you can eat, Osaki is not for you. If you get excited over the highest quality in-season sushi straight from Japan, meticulously crafted, here you go. Without a doubt, order omakase. Trust the chef. It was a complete privilege to dine here during our time in Vail. Not to be forgotten.

The best Omakase experience of my life! Nothing else said, please do visit, the chef and staff truly cares about the customers and ensuring the experience match their expectation!!

OSAKIS: What can I say about this DELICIOUS place in VAIL. It is incredible to be in the middle of the United States, in the heart of VAIL and live a UNIQUE experience like eating FRESH FISH, I TRULY felt like I was in JAPAN. The Chef is nearby. It is a very small restaurant that costs a lot to get a table. But if you get it, I recommend that you take advantage of the opportunity even though it is VERY BUT VERY EXPENSIVE. I think you won't be able to believe what you're going to be trying. I didn't think I was going to encounter SUCH AN EXPERIENCE. The SAKE is homemade, I recommend that you buy the chef a glass since he will thank you. Try to try everything you can. SUPER BUT SUPER RECOMMENDED.
